Ordered several organic products not available in my local grocery stores on May 29,2020. The order was supposed to arrive between June 5th & June 12th, but still hadn't arrived by June 16,2020. I called support at 8:05 AM but there was no answer and no voicemail; it just rang and rang. I called again at 10:30 AM and it just rang and rang again. I cancelled payment. I certainly had not anticipated this; the website seemed fine and did not raise any red flags.
