Would not respond to badly made cover for our Weber. Pockets were sewn upside down, cover was way way way too big and obviously incorrectly made by whomever their sub-vendor is. They keep asking for more measurements and pictures - all that have been provided to COVERS AND ALL multiple times. THEY WILL NOT FIX THE ISSUE. Just by from a reputable company that fixes or replaces a bad item with a correct one or gives your money back when the item sold is obviously incorrect.

I needed a cover for the water tub my husband uses for cold water immersion (opposite of a hot tub). I used the table cover as a template, and provided the measurements and a photo. Covers & All contacted me the next day to verify my order and request an additional measurement to ensure a good fit for my unique tub. I received confirmation of the revised specs the next day, and the cover was completed and shipped a few days later. It fits perfectly! I am very pleased.
The cover fits great and is made of high quality vinyl. It includes some nice features like a zippered side split, with a belt latch at the bottom and lift handles. It only took a couple of weeks from order to delivery. We had a little difficulty nailing down the dimensions initially, but Covers and All is a great company to work with.

First off, i am very pleased with the workmanship, quality of material, and overall process of buying the cover.
When we purchased a new outdoor sectional, I knew it would be a challenge to find a cover that fit. The manufacturer offered a cover, but it was both cheap in appearance / feel and expensive. I found Covers and All through a web search when comparing different companies. I selected them after asking for custom quotes from several companies.
C&A got back to me very quickly. I found the experience to be overall very good. There was some initial difficulties because it seems someone on the distant end mis-typed my email address. Going forward, I would suggest using the most simple email address you have.
After that was solved, there was a lot of communication, sharing pictures and mock-ups, and measuring. Some of the measurements are tied directly to others (the diagonal pieces) and that wasn't clear to me as we altered some of the measurements but a very patient customer service rep explained it to me. There a lot of options - grommets, bungees, zippers, tie-downs (as well as placement of them all). Think through them so they will be placed where you need them!
Make sure you are ready to answer your phone a lot. They definitely want to make sure they have everything right. Most of the calls come from an 800 number, and I typically don't answer those!

We had this company recommended to us by our contractor who recently re-landscaped our backyard, and we are very thankful for the recommendation. We recently purchased a cover for our new outdoor sectional. The ordering process was easy and I felt confident in the design drafts that were sent to me to preview before production. Production and shipping were super quick, we had our cover within 2 weeks from when we placed the order! And the cover fit perfectly, much better than anything we could have purchased ready-made. It was an investment, especially with the heavy, weather-resistant fabric, but it turned out great and I think it will be worth it to protect the sectional frame over the winter months.
