Smoker cover

Despite providing multiple images and all dimensions I could not get their people to make the cover for my smoker. I provided the name brand and model. They asked for more information multiple times, to the point I thought I was being plunked. I had used them for others covers in the past and was disappointed with their lack of effort provide their product. Oh, and a coupon sent with another purchase just wasn't applicable to the next one.

To get the cover customized, sometimes we do require certain additional information as per the unique product shape. However, brand and product details do not provide much information regards to the point-to-point measurements. If you face any such issues in the future please do not hesitate to request a supervisor's call. As per your concern regards to the coupon code, every offer at Covers&All is regulated by certain terms and conditions, the same mentioned either on email or on the website. Misrepresented the product and service

The website states that they will add to the measured product dimensions when the product is made. That was not the case for my order and therefore the cover is useless.

I was repeatedly queried about the details of the piano keyboard I wanted to protect. I ordered a simple rectangle but the company noticed the keyboard had a more complex shape and requested more detailed dimensions to provide a more precise fit. We did this TWICE until every odd shape was accounted for. For the price, I was astounded at how attendant to detail the company was. I will be back!

Great, until I looked up site again, to give to a neighbor. And saw that If you bought 1 cover, you got 2nd for 50% off. I had purchaded 3 covers within 2 weeks prior. Because I like the covers so much, I gave her all the info and she will be purchasing covers.

Ended up too small

I ordered the cover giving the exact dimensions of the table knowing you'd add two inches but it ended up too tight. The table top is glass and it may end up tearing the cover when I try to get it on and off

Your custom cover and chat functions are worthless. I don't need a depth on my cover but I'm required to enter something, then address it in comments. This is the second time i've tried to order. First time alert kept showing i needed to add some kind of number even though i entered the size. Then your chat agent insisted on knowing exactly what the alert said, grab a screen shot, etc. today demanded my name, email, and phone number. Really? To use chat?

Easy and great quality

The website is easy to navigate to select the type of cover you need, measure accurately and pick the color and quality you want. I have a grill cover and a table cover which fit perfectly and are very durable.
I am very pleased with Covers and All and would use them again with no hesitation.
