Despite providing multiple images and all dimensions I could not get their people to make the cover for my smoker. I provided the name brand and model. They asked for more information multiple times, to the point I thought I was being plunked. I had used them for others covers in the past and was disappointed with their lack of effort provide their product. Oh, and a coupon sent with another purchase just wasn't applicable to the next one.
The website states that they will add to the measured product dimensions when the product is made. That was not the case for my order and therefore the cover is useless.

I was repeatedly queried about the details of the piano keyboard I wanted to protect. I ordered a simple rectangle but the company noticed the keyboard had a more complex shape and requested more detailed dimensions to provide a more precise fit. Your custom cover and chat functions are worthless. I don't need a depth on my cover but I'm required to enter something, then address it in comments. This is the second time i've tried to order. First time alert kept showing i needed to add some kind of number even though i entered the size. Then your chat agent insisted on knowing exactly what the alert said, grab a screen shot, etc. today demanded my name, email, and phone number. Really? To use chat?
