I spent about an hour and a half gathering all the information and placing the order. It didn't go through after I finished and click PLACE ORDER. The only customer service is a text service. I can't blame Sophia. She tried, but then texted that I should delete all my cookies, use CHROME and start over. I'm unwilling to do that. They won't take a phone order and the company policies are completely inflexible. I didn't get a customer ID, so I'm sure this review won't be posted. I'm angry. After I did not receive my cover as promised, I had to call them several times to get them to deliver. Also, the website says the factory is in Georgia USA. That's not true, it's in India. The fact that Covers & All could not re-address my cover that was already done and ready to go and that the website is misleading, I'll never shop with Covers & All again. Please remove my personal information from your records because I do not wish to correspond with Covers & All again. DO NOT CONTACT ME EVER AGAIN.
