I spent about an hour and a half gathering all the information and placing the order. It didn't go through after I finished and click PLACE ORDER. The only customer service is a text service. I can't blame Sophia. She tried, but then texted that I should delete all my cookies, use CHROME and start over. I'm unwilling to do that. They won't take a phone order and the company policies are completely inflexible. I didn't get a customer ID, so I'm sure this review won't be posted. I'm angry. I hope you'll look for reviews other places. I'm sure the reviews on this site are censored. Tom Donahue Fort Myers, Florida

Tip for consumers:
That their policies are inflexible, their site technology sucks, and anyone would be well advised not to use this company.

We acknowledge that our team was unsuccessful in resolving your issue and did not provide the level of service that you had come to expect. We take great pride in giving our utmost every day to provide timely and professional service to all of our clients, but we fell short on this occasion. We sincerely regret this.

There are some policies that we must follow as a business. We went over all of the facts and discovered we didn't receive the order when initial contact was made with the customer service.

Rest assured that if you have similar problems in the future, you can always request a supervisor call back and place an order over the phone. Only a few persons have the authority to establish on-call orders for security concerns.

I hope this explains your concerns about the order placement. We also hope that this unfortunate event will not have an impact on our business synergy.

I bought the Otterbox Defender Pro for my Apple iPhone 12 pro max. The installation directions showed just some incomprehensible pictures -- no directions. So I went to the Otterbox website and clicked on the corresponding video: NO VIDEO AVAILABLE was the error message that popped up. Then I called Otterbox support. A recording of the CEO came on the line who said "Due to COVID-19 phone support is suspended..." I suggest you deal with a different company that offers support to its product's users.

HINT: You have to tear the cover into three pieces before trying to put the phone into the case.

We made the mistake of looking for a house cleaner on CCI Care.com. They charged us $78 and $78 each quarter thereafter. We complained to VISA in December. Then we called care.com on January 2nd. They said they would charge us again in March because that was the end of the billing cycle! They said they also would defend the charges they made to VISA.

This is not a legitimate company it's a SCAM.
