I spent about an hour and a half gathering all the information and placing the order. It didn't go through after I finished and click PLACE ORDER. The only customer service is a text service. I can't blame Sophia. She tried, but then texted that I should delete all my cookies, use CHROME and start over. I'm unwilling to do that. They won't take a phone order and the company policies are completely inflexible. I didn't get a customer ID, so I'm sure this review won't be posted. I'm angry. There are some policies that we must follow as a business. We went over all of the facts and discovered we didn't receive the order when initial contact was made with the customer service.
Rest assured that if you have similar problems in the future, you can always request a supervisor call back and place an order over the phone. Only a few persons have the authority to establish on-call orders for security concerns.
