Wow! This company is top notch! We ordered a seat cushion cover and wanted it personalized with a certain font, color and zipper placed on the back side. I was afraid the font would be too small on such a large item but it was perfect. From the minute I ordered they were on top of it, sending emails to confirm every step of the way. I'm not going to lie, I was concerned about a possible language barrier but that was not the case. I highly recommend covers and all and will always go through this company. I'm impressed with how thick the material is and how quickly I received my order from India. Great job, keep it up!

I was super excited to order these covers for my office. I felt like the website was easy to navigate and thought the price was great. Even delivery and turnaround time was good. The final product wasn't what I was expecting. One cover completely broke and flew away in a storm we had, the day we received our order. Didn't even last 24 hours. There are also a couple of the covers that already have holes. These were supposed to be extremely durable. That's why I picked what I picked. Also, one cover came in a completely wrong color. When I placed the order, it showed it being grey. I had already paid for express delivery. When I went back in to edit my order, minutes later, to make sure it came in black. I was told that my order would be pushed back a couple days. Which I was fine with. The cover still came in grey. I was also told, due to the size of my order, that we would be receiving a free tree bag. That wasn't in either of our boxes. Overall, I am not happy with my order and hope you will at least replace the damaged items as well as the table cover that came in the wrong color.
We purchased a variety of custom covers to protect new outdoor furniture and cushions from weather and birds. The covers fit well and are of a durable material. The design team worked with us to get the right dimensions for a llarge L shaped seating area.
They did not send what I ordered and refused to take it back or refund my money. Not only were they rude on the phone, I received some nasty emails from them also!

Not worth the hassel or expense. Losing the item somehow in transit to my door was just the cheery on top of my unfortunate experience with this company. They made it seem like such a great and thought out process when ordering the item it is to bad they could deliver on their promise

The engineer was very diligent with me. He indicated that I had an L-shaped sofa rather than a curved shape. We exchanged emails and I finally gave him the correct measurements. I spoke with him several times as well. Perfect fit!

Sent in the dimensions and a picture. Covers&all quickly noticed that I had a bench on one side rather than chairs. A few back and two on the web site to make sure the dimensions were all present and correct. The cover arrived quickly and appears well made. Would definitely recommend.

I learned I need to be very specific on the fit and I need request a final drawing.
I sent a photo and comments of my Hatteres Hammock swing along with the initial order. I sent all the measurements that they asked for. They even asked for more, so I sent them along with additional photos. The cover was made for a regular swing. When I told them it didn't fit my swing they asked for an additional measurement and told me that it was my fault that the cover didn't fit. I'm not sure why they just didn't ask for this measurement in the first place. All they had to do is look at the photo and my original order stating that it was a hammock swing, to know it wasn't a standard swing.
