I ordered 2 custom covers at the same time, one fit fine with tons of extra room to easily slip it over the glider, the other one was not even close! I went back and forth with their customer service rep via email several times and I sent tons of pictures measuring it at the seams and still others to illustrate that there was absolutely no way it was going to fit over my outdoor sofa - they failed to accept any responsibility, did not offer to remake the cover, but said I was welcome to "re-order" it. Bottom line, it was much too small and I stand by my belief that they did not include the 1'-3" of tolerance in ANY, let alone ALL four sides they claim they add to each custom cover. So, after I realized there was not going to be any resolution to the issue, I got out a pair of scissors and cut it straight up the back side about 18" in order for it to actually slip around all 4 corners of the sofa. Needless to say, I will not be ordering anything from them again.

I ordered the 20mil transparent tarps not realizing how heavy they would be. I wanted these to cover my screened porch. I was able to use the 5x7 but the larger size I ordered was too heavy for me. Plus, I should have put up what I could in warmer temperatures. The product itself however, is well made.
