The cover I ordered was to be 1 foot high 9 feet wide, with grommets in all four corners. Another words a flat sheet 1' x 9'.
That that is not a typical cover, matter of fact it's not a cover at all.
When I received it it was exactly what I ordered.

I bought a new BBQ cover for my dad for Christmas as the one we have at the cabin was ripped to shreds from a squirrel over the summer/fall. Took a bit to get the cover as it literally travelled the world, but when it arrived the quality looks to be great. Its a nice waterproof material and I got it custom made, and the logo that was put on it is a fair size, which is what I wanted. The cover was made to spec for our BBQ and fits very well.
Overall, very happy with this product. Not giving it a 5 just because it was rather difficult to keep in contact with customer service and get a solid response, and the colour of the cover that I got was a bit off from the colour that was showing on the website, but its fine - my dad was happy lol.
After sending drawings and measurements and going over the order many times by the time my order arrived (months later... okay I know things are slower right now due to COVID) the measurements are still not correct. How I will fit these windows on my yurt without the larger top measurement will be interesting..

We package each product as securely as possible. Regrettably, sometimes a package gets damaged in transit and we are fully committed to replacing any such product.
Pictures clearly showing the product and the damage are required to establish the defect. A picture of the shipping package helps us file a claim with the carrier. We have received only one email from you. Unfortunately, the pictures shared in the email are extreme close ups which make it impossible to identify the product or the defect.
