Great service and the cover that I ordered fits perfectly
I had ordered patio furnitures covers for my wicker sofa sectional. The order came in fairly fast however a couple of my bolster pillows were incorrectly made. Also the free storage bag was not shipped. After going back and forth via emails with no solutions, Ronald Christian called me and discussed through the issues. I sent him the dimensions and he got my bolster pillows remade and shipped at no charge. He also shipped the storage bag to me. Thank you for all your help Ronald!
Wrong size. I'm going to order another one because it didn't fit. Can I send this one back to you and maybe you can reuse the material. I hate to waste or throw out the material? Then I'll reorder the right size.

The ordered cover was specification correct, well made of good materials and met all of my expectations. Service was timely, the price quite fair and shipping prompt. I would highly recommend Covers & All to any one interested.
It was easy to order the custom gas grill cover. The instructions on the Coverall website was easy to follow. The cover is very sturdy and heavy and it fits perfectly. We had to use the grill during our "freeze" here in Texas. We keep the grill in the covered patio area for winter and our custom cover kept it free of ice and snow. I recommend these covers to others.
We are enjoying our outside deck more with our very well made and attractive vinyl covers. We love the clear windows and they are well made to fit our area.
The product quality is much lower than expected compared to other covers in my patio furniture. Also, the delivery scheduled was late and modified by 20 days without my acceptance.

Per the FedEx tracking page, your order was delivered on 12 January 2021 which is 15 days earlier than promised.

What a drag. I delayed buying custom covers for our patio furniture for years. What if I measure wrong? What if the covers look cheap? What if the moon is made of green cheese ( and smells bad)? Well, it was no longer up to me. My wife placed the order after I followed the generously simple "how to measure" guides. Like in school today: There is no Wrong Answer. They have accounted for `all my fears and extra thumbs.
The covers arrived. 8 different custom sizes for tables, chairs and such. All were perfect. They look so good my wife wants me to sit on the covers and only take them off when "company" arrives.
We are loving the covers! They are high quality and fit great. I am super pleased with the result. I did pay for expedited shipping ($45, I think?!) and it was delivered 3 weeks past the expected date. Other than that, the experience was great.
