This is my second purchase. I was impressed with the quality of my first and decided to try a custom fit cover for my second. They did not disappoint! Fits perfectly and the quality is great. I also think it's a pretty good value for what you're getting and what other places would charge!
I was very excited about the cover I ordered but I never received it. The shipping company is giving me the run-around, and not returning calls, and I have yet to receive any support from you to help resolve the issue. I paid for the cover in full but I never received the product. I am very upset at the lack of response I am receiving to help resolve the problem. It's unfortunate because I really wanted the cover. Just because the shipping company says they delivered it doesn't mean that I received it. I never did! I have no support to resolve the problem from the shipping company or from you! I'm very upset and dissatisfied!

I appreciate the covered vents to avoid condensation damage to my metal grill. The drawstring system around the bottom edge should avoid the wind lifting the cover off or chaffing the corners.

I thought I was ordering cushion covers that would have a zipper and cover the entire cushion. What i received is a cover that sits over the cushion. I also put my measurements in at 19 x 18 and the product I received was 20 x 19. They are too big for my cushions! A total waste of my money and time. If there is a way I would like to return them.
