Placed an order online for a cover for our custom firepit. It has 1 curved edge, but didn't see any options for that shape, so was ready to just be ok with a somewhat fitted cover. Someone from customer service emailed me right away and got the exact dimensions so that it fit the curved edge nicely. Really happy with the cover and it fits perfectly! Material is heavy duty.

I paid for an expedited order. They wouldn't refund the expedited fee because it was already in production. They confirmed twice via email it would be two weeks. It took two months.
