The cushion covers are excellent, and I appreciate the wrap-around zippers that made it easy to put them on the coupons.
But here's a list of the incorrect information: 1) the order was promised on April 1 but was delayed because something had to be re-done at the factory but I didn't find out about the delay until I called you on April 2.
2) On April 2 two customer service people (one in Georgia, one in India) promised it would be shipped within 12-24 hours despite it being the weekend in India already. It was shipped 72 hours later on April 5.
3) The cheerful email message I received on April 5 said the NEW arrival date was April 1. It also pictured my "navy blue" covers when I had ordered (and did receive) sky blue covers. By that time I was willing to take either color.
4) This may be a Fedex problem and not yours, but Fedex's tracking number led to the information that I would receive the package on April 12 and that a signature would be required. It came much sooner (April 8) and no signature was required.
After understand the purpose of my tarps as shade for movie projections, they suggested I change to a darker color, AND they provided a preview of final product after letting me even change on logo in the middle of the order process. THANKS!

I purchased a cover for my fire table that would cover only the top and not drape down to the ground. The site said they add 1-2 inches to the given dimensions so it is sure to fit. Mine came exactly to the dimensions given and covers the table well, however, since there is no overhang slightly below the top I'm afraid the cover may blow off in the wind, but time will tell! (Will likely buy again if needed, but with slightly larger dimensions so the drawstring will help pull it together better.)

You have to be knowledgeable on pergola tarps to get the right size. When I notified them that I messed up and needed to buy another, the response was fingerpointing for blame. Since it was my error, they take no blame. That was ok, they were right. They offered a 20% discount on a reorder even though it was my fault, and when I wrote and asked a question about how to get the 20% discount, they proceeded to fingerpoint for blame again, as if they're deflecting any sort of responsibility. I never asked for anything except how to get the 20% discount. I changed my mind and will not reorder with them.
I was very excited about the cover I ordered but I never received it. The shipping company is giving me the run-around, and not returning calls, and I have yet to receive any support from you to help resolve the issue. I paid for the cover in full but I never received the product. I am very upset at the lack of response I am receiving to help resolve the problem. It's unfortunate because I really wanted the cover. Just because the shipping company says they delivered it doesn't mean that I received it. I never did! I have no support to resolve the problem from the shipping company or from you!
