Despite providing correct measurements the delivered product simply didn't fit my BBQ. Now I have to go through difficult to understand hoops to see if I can get a replacement or a credit. Very disappointing

This is very unfortunate that you have faced an issue. Furthermore, upon checking the shared images of the cover, it seems like you are skirting the cover wrong way around. The vent/air pocket should be on the sides (right and left) of the grill and the drop-down height part should be on the front side. We request you to kindly try to skirt the cover in a correct manner and if you still face an issue then let us know via same email so we can check and provide you the best possible resolution on the same.
