The Covers & All design system made the design selection and measurement relatively painless. They were very responsive to our queries and we ended up with the covers being a perfect fit for our chairs.
The final product showed attention to detail and great workmanship.

The courier rang my apartment doorbell. Before I could even get to it, to answer, the courier had left. FedEx did not notify me of the unsuccessful delivery. It was up to Covers & All to notify me with an email. This was on Monday 3 March 2025.

Due to the closure of all services in South East QLD from Wed onwards due to the approaching cyclone Alfred, I contacted Fed Ex today, Tuesday 11 March, whereby I spoke to an agent to see if Fed Ex could re deliver or send it to a collection post nearby. The response was that their computers have not been updated and that they have no knowledge of where the product was.

I received an email from Fed Ex a few hours later to notify me that the product had been returned to their distribution centre in Redbank, Brisbane. No indication of when they intend to re deliver the product nor any indication that they may deliver to a collection point.

Compare and contrast this to using Aus Post as your courier. If an unsuccessful deliuvery is made, I am abl to collect it at my nearest post office in 24 hours time.

To summarise, I am yet to receive the product and have not received the courier service from Fed Ex.

Seamless ordering process. Designers asked the right questions to make sure I had not made mistakes (which I had) so that I ended up with exactly what I needed. Delivered really quickly and better quality than I had imagined. Top job.

Ordering is easy and product is quality. Measure twice and give size accurately. Also had to use chat to change address after placing order as I made a mistake and they fixed it up without error. Highly recommend.

The quality and material of tghe cushion is good, but I was expecting cotton rather than synthetic. It has the feel of an "outdoor" cushion.

We used covers and all to replace the old worn covers for our outdoor lounge. From the website in line instructions for ordering through to ordering and receiving and fitting the covers I was super impressed with this company and their products and processes. I'm going to order furniture covers now based on the positive experience. Highly recommend

The product (eight BBQ covers with branding) arrived in a timely fashion, are of excellent quality and the company provided a bonus cover for good measure.

The covers are well made and look great. They should do the job of protecting from dirt and sun. Turnaround time from order to delivery was quicker than I thought it would take for custom covers. Communication with the design team was great.

Disappointed to say the least. I waited a while for this, went back and forward with questions with what seemed to be a robot. I upgraded to the "tuff" material as we needed something weather proof but when the cover arrived it's certainly not waterproof. There is a large hole at the back that doesn't fit the stand we managed to pull it to fit but it looks messy. The Velcro is also on the outside so water will run straight into the tv. The Velcro should be on the inside.

Found the process easy to order and was surprised at the quick turnaround time - products arrived in good time and very happy with the quality for the price :)

Loved that they drew it up, showed me what it would look like. They gave me options to tie down, hold in place etc. Which was awesome. Spending a little more to get something custom made was well worth it. Would order from here again, if ever needed!

I bought this for my Son-in-law for his birthday. He said that it fits perfectly and looks great. He is very happy with it.

I initially had an issue with the finished product, however Covers & All to their credit kept in constant contact and have now rectified the problem. I think is a sign of a good company to deal with as obviously mistakes happen.

Cover arrived on time. Measurements were perfect. Happy with quality. I was expecting more insulation but thickness of cover would assist with this. Highly recommended.

The web site was easy to navigate and make the correct order for my need of kayak weather protection.
The kayak cover is very well made and easy to fit.

Only comment is the tarp prices have gone up a lot in the last year since my previous order. Otherwise very simple straightforward online purchase and efficient delivery.
