The colour swatch online was vastly different from the actual fabric received.
In correspondence back and forth, Covers and All staff just kept reiterating that I got what I ordered. Yes, I got what I ordered, but it was not what I expected based on their product advertising and description. If I buy a dress that is described as cream but when it arrives is actually yellow, I am able to return it and be refunded because the product was not as described for sale. This is not the case with this company. I would advise any customers to be very careful with their colour choices when ordering online.

We ordered some outdoor furniture covers and cushions. While not the cheapest, the quality is excellent (much better than another cover we have which constantly blows off). The cushion covers are also great. Delivery time was in line with estimates provided so happily we have in time for Xmas. Wouldnt hesitate to purchase here again as the quality is excellent.

The experience with Covers & All was a little clunky during the ordering process and not clear as to how to order custom cushions that weren't square. My y order was then missed and not found until I followed up as to the progress, this was rectified and I was offered express shipping at no additional cost.
Overall the product is great and exceptional quality for the price.
I would not hesitate to recommend Covers & All and I would certainly purchase from them again.
