Great easy website with attention to detail a s great customer service
The items were made and send quickly however the products were not perfect. We had very unusual shapes to replace and while we felt our measurements were correct the drawing of the rectangle had a different diagonal to our. We assumed we had measured wrong and that a computer generated image would be correct. It seems perhaps this was not 100% correct. We also had to install one upside down. Perhaps when orders are not straight forward more information could be requested from the customer.

If all other dimensions are correct then the diagonal part comes automatically. If we change that diagonal part then the other dimensions will affect accordingly. Perfect product as described and very quick delivery

Easy process to use, thankyou for the first purchase and December discounts, it really helped me out a lot. Delivery was fast and the product has been great to use and put on. Only wishing I had allowed an extra cm or so as it was quite a tight fit and worried it wouldn't go on, but as it's been sat on it's fit quite well. Thanks.

Covers were just what we were hoping for and arrived very quickly. The ordering process was simple yet comprehensive, meaning we were able to get just what we wanted. We can now replace our damaged covers and not have to hide them with cushions. Great work Covers and All.
