In fact, the items had to come from India to Australia, something which isn't clearly disclosed on the website.
The product was packed in a way that left significant creases in it. A week later, these creases remain to a significant degree although the product is outside and gets direct sunlight.

Good except I cannot understand why measurements are in inches? Needed covers for unusually shaped outdoor chairs. I measured the chairs as indicated and they arrived.
