I ordered new covers for my 4 piece outdoor setting which required 8 different covers. Some of 'my' measurements were questionable and they contacted me to re-measure & send some photos to ensure that I was getting what I needed, rather than just make covers they knew would be wrong. They could not have been more helpful and I am absolutely wrapped with the end result. My outdoor setting is like brand new again.
I am disappointed that my cover costed me $100+ yet to fill the thing with a filler I have been quoted $600+ and confirmed as such by your online Chat. This is a rip off!

My experience was very good and the delivery was on time
The product seems high quality - we opted for the cover tuff and are very happy with the durability - it feels like a robust fabric. The only issue is around sizing. We have 2 chair covers and 1 sofa cover. The chairs are slightly too tight and the sofa is too loose.
