Item appeared in under two weeks, as was expected. Product appears to be 100% better quality than the ones we have been buying at the major hardware store and we have got through a ton of those in the last year, so if this one stands by its 5-year warranty, this should be a great investment. I mistakenly thought I was getting a cushion cover with the filling inside as I was looking for something I could use as a cushion for a sofa bed. So I will have to buy a mattress/foam insert for the cushion cover before I can use it.
