I thought I had thoroughly read all return guidelines. As many have stated, this website gives only store credit. If I returned 3 gowns because I didn't like them, why would they think that I would order another dress similar to the 3 that I returned. I have sent a message on the website and emailed customer service. There has been NO response from anyone!
If I could give a zero rating, I would. I do not recommend purchasing anything from Couture Candy unless you are willing to lose your money if you don't like your purchase! Terrible company!

In very small print, they say that their return policy is only store credit! They make you agree to it to complete your order! BE VERY CAREFUL! No other business in today's world only gives store credit.
Especially for an online company where you have no idea if their clothes will fit. I had ordered 2 dresses and their sizes and colors on the website were not accurate. I returned them immediately and that is when they informed me of only store credit. The only way I got a monetary return was to take a 20% discount. Basically they stole $300 from me. No one should use this company unless they know for sure they want the dress they order.
