As soon as I posted a comment about their cash back exclusions, CouponCabin cancelled my account. I had been with them long enough to earn over $1,100. What kind of company doesn't appreciate constructive comments and rewards faithful customers with cancellation?
It is not a lot of money, but it's enough for me to use it regularly. I have never had any trouble with it. I can't imagine what could make it as awful as some reviewers. It's easy money. I put it towards Amazon gift balances. Its great. L
In general, I love using Coupon Cabin! They give the best and most current discounts and cash back offers around! I especially love getting the extra Bonus Cash rewards. I only wish that when I am on a site and shopping, that Coupon Cabin gives me more time to shop (more than 25 minutes). Otherwise, if I have items in my shopping cart, I end up deleting or "saving later" the items in my cart before I can re-activate my "click/visit" in order to properly receive credit for my purchase and visit. Because of this, I only gave 4 stars.
Tip for consumers:
As I mentioned in my review, you only have approximately 25 minutes once you "click" through Coupon Cabin on an online merchant website using The Coupon Cabin Sidekick. Otherwise, if you go past 25 minutes, you will need to delete or "save later" the items in your shopping cart in order to receive your cash back credits from your visit to the merchant's website. However, if you click through FROM CouponCabin.com, it seems you have longer time to shop without re-adjusting your shopping cart.
CouponCabin works for me. I have registered without any hope... Kept shopping, then one day I received email with amazon gift card from them. It was sweet! Thank you
I love getting money back by shopping through Coupon Cabin. There are tons of stores with a variety of cash back options. I always check their site before buying anything online. Sometimes it even makes the difference between whether or not I buy something.
I was introduced to this site and couldnt believe i could actually get back my purchase price as cash back every month. YES it was possible once every month if we chose and were successful in claiming the cash bonus that becomes available at specific time.
I wait for my 30 day period to end and claim the next 100% cash back bonus.

Sometimes, shopping can be a duel between wanting to buy and exercising restraint. Having coupon cabin helps to sweeten the experience, knowing that I'll recoup a portion of what I spent.
I like shopping. I enjoy shopping on line, too. And I love savings. I never imagined I can get rebates for my shopping. It is not a small amount but quite often then have large bonus like 10% back. Addition to the store discounts and sales, I am saving a lot since I was introduced to CouponCabin. Customer service is good, too. Restrictions need to be careful read and different for each store/site. But it is understandable. My shopping life changed with CouponCabin.
Overall, I am very happy with Coupon Cabin. It has gleaned me cash-back from many sites I have purchased goods and services from. The only annoying part is the way in which it interacts with the sites once you have went to them, log in to the site and then have Coupon Cabin, "Enable Cash Back" pop up as well as coupons and promotions from the store (site) you are visiting. This has affected my checkout process on occasion. Overall though, Coupon Cabin has worked and I have seen cash in my PayPal account several times. Thank you.
I have purchased a couple of items and am awaiting my cash back check so I will update this review once that happens. My only criticism is the "limited coupons for members" you know the ones that say $125 cash back when you spend $125 or more. These are very limited usually around 8 or so available and I have literally waited for these timed deals to open and immediately clicked and have yet to ever get one so disappointed with that aspect but otherwise so far so good.
I wanted to add a note to my previous review from 2016. I've been using CouponCabin for over two years now, and have noticed several improvements that make this website easier to use, clearer, and more reliable. Since my last review, I've received approximately $150 more in cash back. There's still plenty to complain about, of course - tons of expired coupons listed, tons of disqualifying exceptions in the fine print, etc. On the whole I'm still happy with it though.
Importantly, there is a new caveat to using CouponCabin that is in direct contradiction to the recommendation I received from a rep back in 2016. Specifically, I'd been told that loading one's shopping cart, then closing out of all related tabs/windows and going back to the retailer's website through the CouponCabin link, was a good way of ensuring that I'd get credit - since the coupon redemption process then wouldn't get thrown off by anything that might go wrong during the retailer's sign-in process or when browsing and loading the cart with my purchases. However, this will NOT work any more - in fact, we must do the OPPOSITE! The fine print on each coupon issued by CouponCabin now reads: "In order to earn cash back, you must make sure your shopping cart at [retailer's website] is completely empty before clicking our cash back link."
I've been using CouponCabin since November 2015. It is not a scam website, but does need to be used carefully. I would say that about 1/3 to 1/2 of the transactions I've made online using CouponCabin have needed followup, to either report that I did not receive my cash back, or that the amount was less than expected. However, in every case the customer service representatives have been able to manually fix the issues that arose.
The best advice I received was to first sign into a particular store's website that I want to shop at, load the cart with my purchases, then close out of that window and sign into CouponCabin - only then clicking through CouponCabin's link to the store's website in order to finish my purchase, while making sure that I do not browse or click on any other site until I had finished the purchase.
For the limited time offers that occasionally appear, I've found it useful to save a screenshot of the coupon before clicking through, just in case I need to back up a claim (the coupon's information will not be available after clicking through).
I've used CouponCabin to book hotel rooms and get 1-2% back on those purchases, though in every one of those cases I had to report missing cash back and it took 2+ months before the hotel confirmed to CouponCabin that I had indeed made the purchase through the CouponCabin website. A bit annoying, but at least all the follow-up happens without additional input from me, once I send in the first report.
All in all, it can occasionally be a little bit of a hassle, but I find it enjoyable and worth a little bit of my time. In the last six months I have received $32 from CouponCabin, with cash back claims ranging from 5 cents to $10, for small purchases up to about $50. I have avoided purchasing any of the items that are advertised directly on CouponCabin, so cannot speak to that portion of the site. I've also noticed that a fair number of the deals reported on CouponCabin are merely sales or deals that have nothing to do with CouponCabin itself, so it's important to notice and sort those out when tallying what CouponCabin is going to hand out as cash back. Still, it seems like the majority of online retailers (sans Amazon) that I shop at provide at least 1% cash back if you buy through CouponCabin, so I go ahead and grab my 1% whenever I can!

Been with Coupon Cabin since 2017 have had no issue in getting cash back. It is nice to shop and get cash back. Have gotten $67 back so far. I like that you have options for your payment methods.
Signing up was easy. There are times that I was not able to log in for some security issue but it got worked out. Received cash back via PayPal.
If you frequent online shopping. Instead of going directly to the site. Check coupon cabin first, not only for coupons that you can use to save you money off the top, but % of cash back on how much you spend.
So far so good the cashback earnings are at coupon cabins.The earnings are paid at a reasonable date.
All I need to do is shop. Coupon Cabin keeps track of where I am shopping and pops up with the savings possible. I do like this app!

You need to read every bit of fine print and understand the rules to avoid being considered ineligible (losing claimed members only offers or opportunities to claim members only offers). Note if you have a shopping buddy like me (my sister) dont you both try to claim offers while at each others house. One of us got denied reimbursement for a qualified offer because we were on the same IP address.
My account was credited within a day of submitting my receipt for the item I requested a coupon for. Only bad thing is that only get one coupon per month which doesn't help accumulate much, but good.
