Coupon Cabin has some good coupons, but they have crazy qualifications and caps on how much cash back you can earn. In my experience, they take an average of 6-8 months to pay out. I have a verified transaction for a whopping $6.80 from October of 2017 that I still have not been paid for and the site says it not payable until 2/ 2019 - not a typo, the payable date is really in 2019!

The fabulous save $250 on $250 type deals are extremely limited - open only to the first 10 to 25 people who claim it, AND that's only if you haven't used too many other member deals in a rolling 30 day period.

I realize they are a smaller business and are trying to spread around their cash back deals to be fair, I get that. But it makes for a frustrating shopping experience. One that's easy to skip when there are other coupon sites that offer cash back options and also pay promptly.

Use Coupon Cabin for their coupons - that really seems to be their niche, but don't hold your breath for a timely cash payout.

Ive been using Coupon cabin for a few years and have received over $1000 in cashback through either gift cards or cashback (my choice). Along with coupon cabin providing coupon codes to help me save extra money. I definitely recommend! Who doesn't like saving money on day to day purchases!

As soon as I posted a comment about their cash back exclusions, CouponCabin cancelled my account. I had been with them long enough to earn over $1,100. What kind of company doesn't appreciate constructive comments and rewards faithful customers with cancellation?

Overall, I am very happy with Coupon Cabin. It has gleaned me cash-back from many sites I have purchased goods and services from. The only annoying part is the way in which it interacts with the sites once you have went to them, log in to the site and then have Coupon Cabin, "Enable Cash Back" pop up as well as coupons and promotions from the store (site) you are visiting. This has affected my checkout process on occasion. Overall though, Coupon Cabin has worked and I have seen cash in my PayPal account several times. Thank you.

I love Coupon Cabin! It is so easy to use and helps me find the best possible deals for my online purchases and scores me oodles of cash back. I actually get mad when I forget to use it because it's so awesome! Adding the extension to your search bar helps with this of course! I have personally earned over $500 cash back since I started using Coupon Cabin. They are also super responsive on social media too!

I absolutely love CouponCabin, I have used it for years and have accumulated over $1,357 to date in cash back rewards.REALLY simple to use, I just included a snapshot of my savings to date. Easy, high cash back rates, great coupons, great customer service help, speedy question answering. I use Coupon Cabin for all my online purchases and have cashed out a few different times. I like it a lot and think everyone will if they try it.

It's great to earn cash and gift cards for shopping online. Lots of stores are listed, including many I shop at for essentials. Coupon Cabin helps my money stretch a little further, because every little bit of savings helps. With bonus offers, savings can add up pretty quickly. It's a fantastic site. Easy to use. Highly recommend!

I read a few of the below posts and I have the same experience. They did refund me the first maintenance fee they charged BUT throughout the months, I tried to make other purchases so that the maintenance fee wouldn't kick in, but I forgot not only they charge a maintenance fee after no eligible purchases within 365 days, they start charging you monthly maintenance fee after that, so the next month they charged another fee. Below someone mentioned $4 fee, and Coupon Cabin said only $2 which is not true, because I'm charged $3.50 (twice) which one they waived, but they wouldn't waive it again. However, their rewards are extremely hard to get. Most of my purchases don't qualify.

I asked very politely and nicely if they're willing to waive the 2nd fee, because I finally found a reward that I qualified, but they just wouldn't waive it and said they've been in business over 18 years and have millions of happy customers and that it's not fair to refund me my maintenance fee twice. I've been with many many many institutions and to keep customers happy, sometimes they're wiling to give a 2nd chance. It does have to be escalated to the managerial level at those times, but I understand they're doing me a huge favour and I'd really appreciated and always try to repay back by referring businesses and/or just be super good because you have to learn after being careless twice. But Coupon Cabin is unforgiving. And like one of the other posts said, it's just a way for them to take back the rewards they've given to you.

So I complained about it and by that time I was talking to VPs and they're adamant about it. Then the next thing I know, my account is deactivated (just like one of the below post reviews experienced), and not only that, after I asked why my account is deactivated, they blocked my IP too! They said they will send me a check via mail of the rewards I've accumulated so far, so I will update my review once I receive that check to let everyone know if they're a business of their own words because they have not responded since I've given them my address yesterday.

Be prepared to return the items you ordered when Coupon Cabin doesn't honor their cash back offer. And they still won't let you have another offer for 30 days, despite their failure. Customer service has been poor whenever I needed to contact them. A couple of bad experiences is enough to sour the few good ones I've had.

This site is great to work with, they have great percentages off my purchases and they often have a bonus too.
I like that you can choose how you get your payouts that's handy.

As we live in a rural area, online shopping is our next choice if we cant buy local and CC is a good resource for a great variety of shops available for rebates.
It's easy to use with their portal, I just click and shop right away.

Give them a try you won't be disappointed

It takes forever to get paid. I don't shop on line and was using the part where you view and earn a few pennies. My account got flagged and they couldn't tell me why. There are plenty of surveys on line that pay better than this and you don't wait months to get paid.

I REALLY love using coupon cabin. I have not been able to find better cash back + bonus cash back anywhere else. Cashback payment is quick & easy & you can choose what threshold your payments start at [ $10, $20].
Another thing I REALLY REALLY appreciate is the quick & helpful customer service response time & resolution. It has NO match anywhere! They also have great deals on giftcard cashback purchases, and member exclusive bonus cashback opportunities! Check it out!

I have earned money through couponcabin. However I have also lost money through couponcabin. I have completed tasks that I was supposed to get a significant amount of Swagbucks for and never gotten it. Two of them I purchased product. I also won a $50 coupon for a $50 purchase at Miles Kimball. I did everything I was supposed to do exactly as I was supposed to and Miles Kimball rescinded it and couponcabin hasn't done a thing to help me. I wouldn't have spent the the money at Miles Kimball except for that coupon.

CouponCabin is just great. I am rewarded with some of the highest cash back rewards just by purchasing from stores I would normally visit. There is absolutely no downside for this free and useful service.

User interface is very confusing to me and I've been using Ebates (now Ruketan), Retail-me-Not, Honey and others for years so I'm not new at this. There are a lot of "exceptions" when using Coupon Cabin. Can't use store coupons, can't pick-up, must be shipped, cart has to be empty when you click on their button, time limits to place order etc... at least that is how I understand it. I can't always tell when it's working or not. But when it pays, it also pays a bonus percent which is nice. They pay extra bonuses if you share an email on a social media account or download the App to your cell. It has it's good points and it's not so good points so I'm still on the fence on this site.

LOVE using Coupon Cabin to identify deals. I just received about $45 back from them today and really appreciate the cash back in addition to the coupon codes. Coupon Cabin is more reliable than a number of the other sites providing similar services, and they're easy to work with. They even have an add-on that alerts you to potential deals when you're visiting websites without going to Coupon Cabin first.

I love using Coupon Cabin so much. It gives me worthwhile cash back on a lot of my purchases and pays out fast. So many different options for payout. Way better than Rakuten.

I have tried different websites that offer cash back plus discount codes. When I tried CouponCabin I felt like there was something special about it from the beginning. It allows you to earn easy cash as a head start such as signing up, adding their browser extension, and making your first cash back purchase. I strongly recommend CouponCabin for cash back and discount codes. Be aware that you can only use discount codes from CouponCabin, not from the store where you purchase, to earn cash back. Otherwise, your cash back gets voided.

They literally look for ways to rule out fairly earned cash back.

Example: if you have a minimum purchase requirement of $25, and you purchase a $70 item (with tax the order total is $75). You use a $50 gift card to pay toward the purchase and use your credit card for the remainder of $25. You would think that this $25 credit card charge meets the minimum purchase requirement, right? Nope! They actually will arbitrarily conclude that the credit card purchase of $25 includes the $5 in sales tax, completely ruling out any/all cash back. Why doesn't the $5 sales tax fall under the $50 gift card? I don't know, their bot-like responses won't tell me.

Moral to the story: Stick with Rakuten or almost any other cash back site for your rebates.

Earning money while shopping has never been better. It's super easy to use and i really love it. I wish more retailer would participate.

I'm writing this review because at first it took me a bit to figure out how this app works but now that I have received my first check I have begun to truly understand how to save by using coupon cabin! It does take a couple months to get a check for the cash back but it's nice to have a little bonus come in the mail by just simple doing a couple extra clicks on items I would have bought anyways. Some of the percentage off coupons don't work but as a common user of Amazon I use the $2 back on every purchase each month as my member exclusive. It didn't cost anything to get this app just a little time to learn the ropes!

I somehow missed getting a rather large cash back amount from a dealer and reported it back to these guys. Within days they had the correct amount back in my account. I'd give 6 stars if I could!
