Love love love cash back through coupon cabin! I always seek out stores thru the app where I can buy online and pick up in store just so I can get the cash back. Even if it takes me longer to get an item because I have to wait for delivery, sometimes the cash back deals make it worth the wait!

Coupon Cabin has the BEST deals and has most of the stores I shop from. I love the Mystery Offer deals where you can get double or triple the normal cashback. You can only take advantage of this offer once in 30 days but I feel that's reasonable. I would always compare the rebates per app and about 90% of the time Coupon Cabin rebates are higher. Managing payments to Paypal is as easy as one click. Also I had the best experience with customer support. Less thab 2 weeks after I raised a ticket for missing cashback, I got an email from them letting me know that they are actively working on my request. Highly recommended!

This site works and is great! I just go to coupon cabin first then go to whichever site I want through them... and they pay! Recently one of my "clicks" didn't go through so I emailed them, the responded immediately and they fixed the problem for me within a couple days!
Their "response" to my review was the same, exact terrible canned response they gave me via email from their "vice president" (sure...). Except I have the email proof from stubhub which verifies what they are saying is not true and that my cashback was removed for no reason. I'm certain that this is just a cost-saving measure for them, and seeing that they have no appeals process you essentially have to be willing to go through their TOS and arbitrate it, take it to small claims or bring in a lawyer. If they do this to enough people it likely adds up to tens of thousands (or more) per year, so it's no wonder why they do it. I stopped using coupon cabin and have started the process of reaching out to some lawyers to see if this has legs for a class action, I'm certain that I'm not alone here.
They took away $30 cash back I earned from a stubhub purchase and gave me a list of excuses (reasons). I contacted stubhubs executive offices directly who then explained exactly why what coupon cabin was saying didnt make any sense. Dishonest garbage and from that day on I stopped using coupon cabin. If theyre not the target of a class-action lawsuit yet Im sure its only a matter of time.
Coupon Cabin's website is easy to use and very simple to sign up for. It's hard to believe you can receive cash back for something you were already planning to do, but it's worth it to utilize them and receive savings on top of savings. Over time it really starts to add up!
I accomplish 95% of my shopping online, and never place an order without checking for coupons at this site. I have never had a problem with cash back being posted to my PayPal account. I am retired, and the % off coupons and cashback offers have certainly and quickly added up.
They just removed my Membership and blocked my Account after giving 2 Star review on Trustpilot. I wrote my real experience how annoying that cash back process and how i was wasting my time to claim the bonus which is always shows "All Gone". One day suddenly my access was Restricted and i requested them to unblock my account and they did not responded and may be two days later i got a email from Tyler J.
Vice President of VIP Member Services, saying that, "you are frustrated with Coupon Cabin and you gave bad review on Coupon Cabin so we are cancelling your Membership and permanently blocking your account" This is how they frustrated with my review. Horrible site! Horrible Customer Care!
Coupon cabin not ready to accept their problems and not ready to receive honest feedback from their member's. When i talked to my friend she told her bad experience with Coupon Cabin. I don't know after this review how they going to Block my Blocked account lol..
I have been using coupon cabin for years. As I tell my adult children (and anyone who will listen), it is a no-brainer when shopping online. I start my search through CouponCabin. If the store I want is not listed but another supplier pops up, I go there first. Case in point is Walmart. I will check CC for Amazon which does not provide cash back. I will then move over to Walmart which now more than ever has the same depth of offerings. I am negatively affected when from time to time a store I have earned from previously is no longer providing cash back incentive through CC. Case in point is Walmart which vacillates from 0 to 4% in my personal experience. The company, CouponCabin feels like a family enterprise and is responsive as such when I do have an inquiry.
I love coupon cabin! I have used many cash back websites/ apps, but this has been the best one. Simple to use. I love that my cash back automatically transfers after a certain amount. They also have the highest cashback percentage at most stores.

I've been using CouponCabin for a few months now. (Not a lot, because I do most of my shopping on Amazon where sadly there's no bonus). I just have the browser add-on so it alerts me if I'm on a site where I could make a few bucks back from CC. I don't track my purchases and what I expect to receive from them, but I make sure to go through CC (with AdBlocker paused) before checkout. And it adds up over time. I've only reported a coupon not working once, for an order I didn't bother completing the purchase for without the coupon, and I got a very quick response plus the $25 to Restaurants.com (which I wasn't expecting since I didn't make a purchase). Overall, it's been easy to work with, accurate, and resulted in a little money back that would have just been gone before. Recommended.
Great customer service. So nice receiving checks back on things I want to buy. Great way to save. Just take your check and deposit into your savings. If you hadnt joined Coupon Cabin you would have paid full price and so the money you get back was not expected, so its easy to save it.
