In the world of online shopping, there are a lot of options, and some are better than others. Since I began using Coupon Cabin 6 months ago, I have been very pleased! There is almost never an issue with my cash back, and on the 2 occasions when my cash back was not immediately credited to my account, a quick and successful resolution was achieved! As Coupon Cabin states, they are always on your side, because they only get paid when you get paid. They are on your team!

I really appreciate Coupon Cabins efforts at outstanding customer service! I can't recommend Coupon Cabin to my friends enough.

If there are the same products available at multiple locations, will check for cash back amounts on this site then choose. The money goes straight to my account once I reach a certain amount, it's awesome. There are also great deals that I can only use every 30 days. Be careful not to activate one of these if you aren't going to use it, it will still lock you from getting another one and they expire really quickly, that's the one thing I wish I could change.

I just signed up to CC, but have used their coupons for years. I was pleasantly surprised when a manger was able to reinstate a new customer bonus when I had to return part of my initial order. He advised me to replace the item I wanted to keep in the order (which I hated doing to the merchant, but it was a big ticket item).
That would be the only drawback that I see... adjusted orders not paying... but it's the same as with any shopping portal.

I've been using coupon cabin for a few months now. Once a month I get one of those great offers where you get $75 cash back on $75+. So far it's all went well and they've paid out on the first two or three of my cash back Amounts to my paypal account without issue. It does take a few months from the time you place the order but I assume that's to make sure you don't return items etc.

I did have one issue with an incorrect amount of cashback posted as pending and I contacted them and they had it resolved within a day. So pretty responsive!

User interface is very confusing to me and I've been using Ebates (now Ruketan), Retail-me-Not, Honey and others for years so I'm not new at this. There are a lot of "exceptions" when using Coupon Cabin. Can't use store coupons, can't pick-up, must be shipped, cart has to be empty when you click on their button, time limits to place order etc... at least that is how I understand it. I can't always tell when it's working or not. But when it pays, it also pays a bonus percent which is nice. They pay extra bonuses if you share an email on a social media account or download the App to your cell. It has it's good points and it's not so good points so I'm still on the fence on this site.

This website/app has given me so many vendors to choose from, and in the month that I've had it I've earned $30. It's fast and easy, plus the cash out level is $10. You can get Direct Deposit or check... Easy peasy

I love this site but when it comes time for me to click on links that would take me to a merchant such as Safeway, I place my order, and I always end up having to notify CC that I made a purchase, submit a copy of my order and it takes some time but they can't get any answers from Safeway (my guess) but they do credit me anyway.

I wish they did not have it set up to where you have to accumulate $7.50 in order to cash out as this could take some time.

Other than these few things, they are great to work with.

I LOVE CouponCabin! I choose my vendors based on if I get CouponCabin cash back. I have literally wanted to buy something from a popular vendor, say Amazon, and chosen to buy it elsewhere even if shipping takes longer because I want the CouponCabin cash back. Or I shop around to get a higher cash back percentage. CouponCabin makes it so easy. They have a very organized dashboard and system for monitoring cash back pending, and paid out to the buyer. Thank you, CouponCabin! Your presence helps me shop with less guilt when I get the cash back savings.:-)

I enjoy coupon cabin to go into and find great sales at places that I don't have in hawaii. Without coupon cabin I might not check out some of the stores they have listed great place to shop like shopping at Amazons I can order anything I can think of. Coupon cabin allows me to shop and earn same cash back

I have been using CouponCabin for several months now, and am very impressed with the quality of their service. As others have stated, they have ALL the latest coupons, and the cash back program adds up. I had 2 times where the store I was shopping at did not submit the cash back that I expected, and CouponCabin's support team investigated the issues and resolved them to my satisfaction. Everyone involved was friendly and professional, and patient. Receiving cash back does take time (basically 2 months as others have mentioned), but when it is time, the cash has posted very quickly to my preferred account. Also, it is easy to edit the minimum cash back total, if I need the money for something I am buying, and I have the cash back accumulated, Every little bit does help!
