Also very impressed when ringing with a question about delivery, the phone was answered within a couple of rings, very pleasant young lady, Gemma, answered my first question confidently and fully, and then proceeded to explain full delivery details without the need for me to ask. If the rest of my transaction proceeds as smoothly and professionally as my first contact I will be extremely happy.
I ordered an item. Was the wrong item due to web page error. Took absolute age to reply. I had to send the wrong unit back. Before customer service would return right unit. Then changed their mind and refused to assist. Still waiting for refund. No compensation for error. Not even e-voucher for a whole week of stress

The step ladder is nice and tall enough to reach high ceilings which is great but wish it already came with little holes where we are supposed to place the screws so we didn't have to measure to make sure things are aligned etc

I ordered a climbing frame for my nieces 1st birthday, the courier was DHL. They tried to deliver to the wrong house twice, so I redirected to a local shop, where it got refused again. Costway asked if I would like the item redelivered to my home address, of course that would have been the best option as it was now two days late for the birthday. Just received an email letting me know that isn't possible.
Just give me my refund and I'll never use Costway ever again.

Initially received the wrong item, which was a smaller version of what I had ordered so it took me a moment to notice. I had to send the details over via email and then they arranged collection with me and replaced the original item. The process meant my item arrived with me around 2 weeks after I initially should have received it and it meant waiting in for couriers multiple times.

I have missing parts which leaves me unable to complete the build. The wait for the parts to be sent to
Me is 2 months. I was given the option of waiting or dismantling the item and returning it which is not doable at the point it is at. Only given a partial refund of £15 to sort this out myself which leaves me unhappy still.

Costway site easy enough to use. Bought first item and had to wait 21 days for it to be delivered. Not happy about the length of wait but item met expectations when arrived. So happy I ordered another a month later on 7th May even though the price had gone up. 17th May received email confirming if I had the item. To which I replied no. Received email that the courier had spoken to me on the 29th April, 8 days before I even placed the order saying that I no longer wanted the item and had returned it. Nobody contacted me from the time of placing the second order. Called customer services who told me there was nothing they could do, other than send another item out from their warehouse potentially taking another 21 ish days to arrive. Also told it was a two person delivery when one person delivered the first item. Seriously not happy that the courier lied and customer service just fobbed me off. There's plenty that they could do to deliver this item quicker since the error was with them.

Mesh Drafting Chair with Flip-up Armrests and Mid-Back Padded - at it's lowest level my feet don't reach the floor, at some higher levels I can't comfortably put my feet on the bar and it can't be used to perch as shown in one of the pictures as it rolls backwards. Costway wouldn't pay for the return despite it not meeting my needs and we couldn't get it apart to return it anyway. Was looking forward to a more comfortable experience and haven't achieved it.

I had been looking for a day bed for my new summer house for a while and when I saw this I thought it was perfect! It was delivered very quickly and was so easy to put up! I agree with a previous reviewer who said the seat cushion is rather flat but I aim to rectify that with an additional memory foam pad. We love it and it's fabulous value!

Amazing service from beginning to end. My Grand Daughter is super happy with her cabin bed with a slide attached. Very happy with my recent purchase at Costway UK. The item I bought was a lot more affordable than elsewhere, which made me wonder if it would hold up to my high standards upon delivery. Ordered Thursday evening at 19.30. Received an e-mail on the next day Friday from the carrier telling me they had picked it up from Costway and would deliver on the Saturday morning at 10.00 am. The delivery arrived at 10.00 am. All I can say is you can't ask for more well done all concerned.

Item was delivered in good time, there was some damage to the box, looked like the delivery men had tried to create handles as it was a very heavy box. The furniture inside was fine and not damaged.
Went together ok with good instructions and all parts included. Draws/cupboard doors feel a little flimsy but for the price it's good!

Ordered the pantry cabinet, all straight forward but had to help delivery driver carry it from van to door due to it being quite heavy. With me being unable to move it once inside I cut the box so could take individual pieces upstairs but be warned on reading the instructions inside the box it says not to do this as they will only accept it back in original packaging, I have not assembled yet so am hoping everything is as it should be, the panels look really nice but as I say the only way I could get it upstairs was to open it and take individual bits upstairs, there is also a lot of packaging, but delivered on time and should look nice when assembled.

Ordered and received 3 days later. Pleased with product. Shame DHL left it on the doorstep despite being told to put in garage, lucky it wasn't stolen but would be unfair to mark down Costway as not their fault.
