Your Web site is so slow. Had to call your office to understand the way your discounts work, not available on the web site. Also when assembling the rollator walker, it took 20 minutes of struggle to get one of the wheel legs into the slot, there appeared to be a missing thing inside which prevented it being able to be assembled quickly!

Had one for my eldest grandson and bought this for my youngest, a fair product that's only required minor modifications to the chain drive by the addition of a tensioner, which allows slipping into freewheel without dropping the chain.
Still in regular use in the garden.

Costway site easy enough to use. Bought first item and had to wait 21 days for it to be delivered. Not happy about the length of wait but item met expectations when arrived. So happy I ordered another a month later on 7th May even though the price had gone up. 17th May received email confirming if I had the item. To which I replied no. Received email that the courier had spoken to me on the 29th April, 8 days before I even placed the order saying that I no longer wanted the item and had returned it. Nobody contacted me from the time of placing the second order. Called customer services who told me there was nothing they could do, other than send another item out from their warehouse potentially taking another 21 ish days to arrive. Also told it was a two person delivery when one person delivered the first item. Seriously not happy that the courier lied and customer service just fobbed me off. There's plenty that they could do to deliver this item quicker since the error was with them.

I have bought two items recently, both of which arrived on time. The packaging was first class, couldn't fault it. I have made reviews on both of the items, which make a vast difference to my living room.
Another very important point is, nothing was missing, every screw, bolt, bit of wood, was there, very nice.

Very happy with my order which was delivered ahead of scheduled delivery date. The order was very well wrapped. The quality is excellent and product as described on the website. It was very easy to follow the instructions to build the piece of furniture. Looks great!

No problems with ordering, no problems with delivery, item arrived well packaged, easy navigation of web site to find what I wanted. Reasonable pricing and good discounts to add in. Excellent, will use again in the future

I am very happy with the pram very light weight and just perfect exactly what I was looking for, it also arrived at the time it was expected to come. No problems with ordering or the product, pram is also worth the price.

After dealing with snother supplier and having my item replaced 3 times, the last one didn't last well. Bought this AC unit from Costway and its awesome. Easy to use, looks good and heats too as well as dehumidifier function. Delivered quickly and a decent price. Win win

Arranged for a Saturday delivery as work all week. Would have expected a call or text message to say a time slot of delivery. The 2 guys who delivered, said this was the 2nd time they had been, the first time was approx 7.30am.

The both brought the cooker in with no trolley or wheels and managed to drop on the door step.

Would of thought that the correct tools would be given to each crew to keep them safe as well as the appliance.

No details of shipping, timeline etc. I Received a very quick response that gave me timing of expected delivery after purchased. Parcel arrived before expected date. Very quick. Very happy with product. Easy to assemble, 2 person job. Overall a good product.

Checkout process was straightforward, the item was exactly as described and what I wanted, and the delivery was quick and smooth. Honestly, if you're on the shorter side, buy the outdoor rocking chair, it's brilliant.

Ordering was simple. Unfortunately the data for the rollator does not include the seat height. Found it on another website. If that's wrong it will be unsuitable!
Update - the seat height is fine. At the moment the rollator has just gone into the back of the car for future use when we are out. It fits OK.

Quick and easy, to order and looks great when in my living room. The price was excellent as well. The only problem was the instructions are not that clear and the holes for the screws are not drilled properly.

I have just received my new desk and it is good quality and easy to assemble.
The delivery was fast so I wasn't eating long.

My friend bought the electric version of this adjustable desk. She also was very pleased with it.

The treadmill I bought is a decent treadmill for its price great to walk on no incline or super fast speeds so don't expect much but great for a stroll inside!

However, I am terribly disappointed in Costways customer service. When I unpacked the treadmill and plugged it in it wouldn't work. I contacted Costway and they replied, telling me the customer, to open it up and check the wires are all connected!

I thought this was totally unacceptable seeing as I am the customer not the technician! They can't seriously expect customers to fix and fault find their products!

I managed to open up the treadmill with some help and found the issue, however, this should never be the customers job!

All in all a great treadmill with horrifying customer service. Expect if you purchase any of their products and they're found not to be working that you'll be the one fixing it!

I bought this on Amazon then finding delivery was going to be a month, I then contacted cost ways and bought from them directly, this fire pit was with me in 5days, fast and free.
Will shop with them again soon.

Ordered the unit and it was dispatched straight away. Received it within a few days. It would have been nice to have the option of scheduling in the delivery date because I wasn't home the day it was sent. Had to collect it from the neighbours and it's a very heavy item.

First time ording from costway. Ordered a large 12v 2 seater ride on truck for some tiny family members. The price was the best about, the deliverly, was super fast, I'm in N.I which usually means a fortune for p&p, to my shock, it was free. Was with me in 3 days. Other retailers quoted me £60 p&p!
So yeah, 1st order in the bag, won't be the last!
