I've purchased from Corset Story for a number of years and have always been delighted with the products and the service. For me they are a reliable company who offer a large and varied selection of beautiful corsets which are well made. They fulfill orders in a timely manner and use appropriate packaging which has always arrived in good condition. The sizing guidance they give is very useful and its usually clear if a corset is fashion or waist training so you don't make a mistake. I will continue to use them.

Great value corsets that are well made. I've bought 2 corsets from Corset story over the years and have been extremely satisfied with both the product and the customer service. When i wear them on nights out i always receive compliments. I would recommend this company and would buy from them again

Cannot rave enough about this site and the quality of my corsets. I am a tad on the larger side and frankly not able to buy off the rack in stores. After taking some careful measurements (with guidance from their website) I picked out a few different styles of corsets. I loved every single one that I received! They were exactly as described. There were some tips for self lacing that I had to get used to. I ended up figuring out some personal preferences about the styles I prefer with my body shape. I cant wait for my next order. The only down side is that it is an international order, so you do have to wait a bit for shipping time, BUT the quality is WORTH IT!

I would not waste my time or money.

I ordered 4 corsets that were supposed to be delivered but never received the package.

They have horrible customer service!

Not getting any assistance from corset-story. They take 24 hours to respond and a week has gone by without them even offering a solution.

All their emails state "we are waiting for DHL to respond" while they do nothing to help me.

Called DHL 5 times myself and the said that the package is lost and to call the shipper for a resolution. That was 5 days ago.

Told all of this corsets-story but they do nothing about it. Said I have to wait until its found by DHL. TOTAL CRAP! Horrible experience, horrible customer service.

If you buy you might have the same problem if you live in the USA.

I would try timeless trends or orchard corsets.

Do not buy from them.

I've been wearing corsets for the last 7 years or so and corset story remains the best site I've found so far. Their corsets can be a little pricey but they are well worth the cost, I have several that I've owned for a few years now and worn with some regularity and only one is really starting to show signs of wear. My only complaint is that I have a smaller torso so most of their styles are too long for me, but I'm always able to find a way to make it work.

I have purchased several corsets from corset story ( and yes, I always wait for the offers!). The quality is second to none, and have been amazed that I can get a boned long line corset for around £30 when previously I was spending £70 - £110 elsewhere. Postage has always been prompt. My only complaint would be the strings on occasion have been ridiculously long, and when I've attempted to shorten them myself they have frayed, but I've simply replaced them with ribbon.

The corset I received was excellent (long line brocade) and when I decided to have some lace added by a dressmaker she raved about the quality of it.

I noticed somebody seemed to confuse this business with dresslily but they have been in business for years and have nothing to do with these dresslily people as far as I know! I know for sure Corset Story sell great quality stuff for good prices and often have sales which are amazing value, which is why I am a loyal customer.

I've been a customer with Corset Story for several years now, I've always found them to be the most reliable and trustworthy company, they've always answered all questions and queries speedily and comprehensively, as a larger sized lady I find that they also cater to my size well and provide very good offers for their customers. I would recommend this company for anyone trying to find a good quality corset from a trusted company.

I have purchased a number of corsets from Corset Story, all have been of excellent quality and at a fantastic price. My orders are always fulfilled quickly and I've never had any issues. You will not find better than Corset Story for steel boned corsets.

I ordered on March 6th with 1 pre-order. They hold your entire order, if it includes a pre-order, until complete--per time of order this was to be March 30th. To date, April 4th, the item was put back "in stock" and is now back in "pre-order" for May.

MY ORDER WAS SKIPPED/NOT SHIPPED IN THIS PROCESS AND THE ONLY "CUSTOMER CARE" HAS BEEN TWO OF THE SAME FORM LETTERS WHICH BLATANTLY MISREPRESENT THEIR "PROCESS," MAKE EXCUSES, AND OFFERS NO SOLID SOLUTIONS (EXCEPT A REFUND THAT DOES NOTHING TO COVER INTEREST PAID OR OTHER DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE MERCHANDISE THEY HAVE HELD FOR A MONTH--MY PART OF THE TRANSACTION "PAID IN FULL."
