I ordered on March 6th with 1 pre-order. They hold your entire order, if it includes a pre-order, until complete--per time of order this was to be March 30th. To date, April 4th, the item was put back "in stock" and is now back in "pre-order" for May.

MY ORDER WAS SKIPPED/NOT SHIPPED IN THIS PROCESS AND THE ONLY "CUSTOMER CARE" HAS BEEN TWO OF THE SAME FORM LETTERS WHICH BLATANTLY MISREPRESENT THEIR "PROCESS," MAKE EXCUSES, AND OFFERS NO SOLID SOLUTIONS (EXCEPT A REFUND THAT DOES NOTHING TO COVER INTEREST PAID OR OTHER DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE MERCHANDISE THEY HAVE HELD FOR A MONTH--MY PART OF THE TRANSACTION "PAID IN FULL."

Sincere apologies for the issues Tiffany

We are currently having a lot of issues with our customers pre-order's due to various delays with the supply chain and border control. We have been emailing customers to apologise and inform everyone of these issues.

In our last email we explained that we felt we could resolve these delays in one of 3 ways;
I) You are more than welcome to select an alternative in stock design to be shipped in place of the pre-order corset which you are waiting for. We could them amend your order and ship your order to you straight away
Ii) We could cancel your order and refund you in full
Iii) If you are happy to wait for your order we will be shipping your parcel as quickly as possible as soon as the shipment with your pre-order corsets arrives

Our website clearly shows which corsets are in stock and available for immediate shipping. We also offer a selection of corsets on a -pre-order basis. Our website show estimated delivery times for these designs and the basket, checkout and order confirmation email all let customers know that select pre-order designs will delay your parcel from being shipped. Unfortunately partially shipping orders on the "4 for 1 Multibuy" offer causes a lot of problems with shipping, customs clearance and returns.

We have apologised for the delays and the inconvenience this has caused. I am more than happy to amend your order for you if there is an alternative design you might like in place of the pre-order corset, all I would need to know is which corset you would be happy to receive
