Very happy. What can I say. Postage estimate of arrival for product precise, top quality product. Have owned a two pair previously (Black and Tortuous shell frame models) for some time now. Too difficult to contact. I have an order in place now but cannot speak to anyone. Your glasses are great but cannot seem to get them here on my face. Smh

I was told that I will receive a 5% refund because the frames I choose was not in stock but I still has not receceived it.

My husband loses his glasses. They are always falling off. When he was in single lens I would buy several pairs at a time. As he moved to progressive lens that was no longer feasible. We're on the 3rd pair of progressives since September (6 months) but I think these are going to work great, rather than straight arms, these curve around the back of his ears. No more falling off. He says they are the best glasses he's ever had and less than a third the price of buying at the optometrist office! 😊👍

It took 24 days to receive my glasses from order to delivery. Considering it took 16 days to get a pair from my eye doctor and 10 days to get a pair from Warby Parker, the wait time is substantially longer than what competitors provide

I was told my frames were back ordered and they'd be 1-2 weeks 3 times now (6 weeks from original order) It's been up to me to contact them every time as they've never made an effort to contact me other then the day after my initial order. I will be asking for a refund next time, seems like there's no effort to actually fill my order and they're gonna continually string me along indefinitely

Received glasses. Nose piece too tight, hurt in few minutes and need to take off glasses. Afraid to break them. Overall glasses okay.
