I really like the tutor's work. The possibility to cooperate with a tutor is the advantage to distinguish this company among similar ones. I don't know any other job for freelancers with such support.
Cannot choose tasks to work on. All orders are assigned to me, and I can agree or reject working on them. Still, I cannot choose orders from a pool. But support guys try to provide me with interesting themes.

When I read negative reviews it feels like we work in completely different companies. Maybe these persons are angry that they could not pass the entry test. I actually like to work with good people (my opinion), misunderstandings are rare, support guys are competent and qualified professionals.
