I need to receive more specific information about the process of communication with customers and writing messages, the order assignment procedure, and the procedure for revising ordes and apointing reassigns and other operations for working on orders.
"They are a good company if you need some full-time but remote work or work only a few hours per week. I started here as a freelancer working about 6 hours only on weekends. But my official employer went bankrupt that's why I moved to Cool.Club as a full-time writer.
Work is not very difficult if you are attentive to the customer's requirements and do not miss deadlines. Managers are friendly, payments are regular and at a decent level.

I have been working as a part-writer at Cool.Club since April, 2018. They offer a competitive wage. I won't lie and say that the company offers easy money. This is mentally demanding work. But if you're the one who enjoys constant learning and challenging yourself, you should join Cool.Club.
I would recommend this company to my friends, Cool.club may be an excellent possibility of additional income if my friend has the skills needed to become an academic writer
I really like the tutor's work. The possibility to cooperate with a tutor is the advantage to distinguish this company among similar ones. I don't know any other job for freelancers with such support.
Cannot choose tasks to work on. All orders are assigned to me, and I can agree or reject working on them. Still, I cannot choose orders from a pool. But support guys try to provide me with interesting themes.
Even though there are a lot of challenging tasks and demanding requirements, I enjoy my cooperation with Cool.Club. They provide me with easy-to-follow instructions, the support team is friendly. I've never faced the lack of orders, and topics are interesting. Bi-monthly payment. I'd recommend this company!
When I read negative reviews it feels like we work in completely different companies. Maybe these persons are angry that they could not pass the entry test. I have been working in the company for 3.5 years. I am satisfied with conditions. The salary is high, and I quickly moved from a newbie to a guru, which influenced the salary positively. The support is always on the writer's side.
The supportive management team, great workplace. They provide initial training and adjustable schedule according to your needs. You will get all that you expect out of a company: stable workload and payment, flexible schedule.
I actually like to work with good people (my opinion), misunderstandings are rare, support guys are competent and qualified professionals. Difficulties in a working process are caused mainly by the lack of effective and timely feedback from customers (they do not answer my clarifying questions, and I have to upload the paper as it is and hope that it will satisfy clients).
If you enjoy writing like I do, then you should definitely join this company. I work as a freelancer and control when (and if) I accept an order. Another benefit is constant learning. I conduct research in diverse subject areas. I'm a life-learner, so Cool.Club became my dream job. Thanks!
I like work at cool.club. I like to write long papers when there are clear and understandable instructions. But when the order contains many pdf files or jpegs and long descriptions, it becomes difficult to delve into them. One gets the impression that the customer himself does not fully understand what the teacher requires of him. Sometimes clients really don't understand the importance of certain order categories and boxes, such as the number of sources, and they do not mention that they are needed.
I have chosen writing orders as my profession, sometimes I work with very interesting or simple topics. Still sometimes the instructions are not precise. Issues occur when the instructions are not clear. I spend time to understand them, inform the support, and wait for a new order to work on.
These guys are the best in the world! Really. Never felt such satisfied with cooperation. I am a freelancer with 5+ years of experience. Some delays in contacting with managers, but support guys respond quickly.
I work at cool.club and happy, especially now, when working remotely is a need, but a high pay is rare. I have 5.5-6.5 per page now and write 9-10 pages per day. Here I was attracted by the opportunity to work full-time. I registered on the website, wrote a test task and passed an interview on Skype. HR manager is friendly, and I was convinced to choose full-time. So I had an internship with a tutor. She was very supportive, everything went well.
An appropriate choice for freelance writers. It never leaves employees without orders or payments (payments are bi-monthly). You can choose a schedule you like more full-time, part-time, or freelance. Part time writers work as many hours as they want. No clients searching or damping. I like to work at this company.
Working in Cool Club for more than 12 months. I advised CC to my friend because she has a degree in English Language and Literature. But she was confused with negative reviews, and I had to explain her that the problem is not CC but applicants' competence. My working schedule, but they promised to improve it for the next month
I've never been working as a writer before and I must say "Thank You" to Cool.Club. Working here became an excellent experience for me. I gained a lot of skills and I'm grateful for this. Highly recommend.
Thank you Sara! It was our pleasure.
I'm really passionate about writing and always wanted it to be my job. The only problem is that I don't have a professional experience, but at the same time I never wanted to go to content mills because it's a total rip-off. I was browsing the web and found out about CoolClub. I got hooked right away. After 6 months of working here I can say that I made the right choice joining it. They give interesting orders and pay generously.
I work as a part-time freelancer here in cool.club and some other European companies. Cool.club is better than other companies because working here is like cooperating in a team but remotely. My schedule is flexible, but I still refuse to join cool.club as a full-time writer because of higher workload and more orders to complete
I was working at Cool Club during my PhD. I think it's a nice place to work when you're a student due to its flexible schedule and regular payments. All requirements are easy to follow (although there are many), and no one forces you to work overtime.
Cool.club has a rating of 3.9 stars from 53 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally satisfied with their purchases. Reviewers satisfied with Cool.club most frequently mention full time, support team and flexible schedule. Cool.club ranks 21st among Freelancing sites.
Thank you Ray! It's our honor to have writers like you.
