This was my first time ordering from your company. I purchased The KitchenAid - 11 Pc Hard Anodized Induction Nonstick Cookware Set + KitchenAid - 11.25" Hard Anodized Induction Nonstick Grill Pan. The products arrived in pretty good order and ahead of the expected date. Very happy with the purchase price and product itself... their quality is amazing! Thank you Cook Store! I'll be back for more :)
Cookstore.ca is a fraudulent website. They are happy to take your money but will never actually ship your order. Everything I ordered was marked "in-stock" and said it would "ship within 12-14 days". It has now been 2 months and I have not received my items or any updates. Customer Service is no longer responding. I will be forced to complete a chargeback in order to get my money back from these scammers. Avoid them at all costs and support another retailer who actually wants your business.
While it did take a few weeks for my order to be fulfilled due to some challenges with one of the items in that order, Cookstore's customer service was excellent throughout the process. In fact, they rose above and beyond in compensating me for an irregularity concerning that item. In the end, I was very pleased with everything.
I purchased two LoDge cast irons from this company as the original company is American and doesn't ship to Canada. I didn't see the order was shipped after a week. I sent an email and the response was it could take 2-4 weeks for the items to be in stock
After reading many bad reviews I called and asked for a refund. I got quite anxious. Because I was on a time line. I had to press 2 as pressing 1 lead to an automated message.
I spoke to a very helpful representative who cancelled the part of my order that wasn't in stock and shipped out the rest of the order ASAP.
I felt the response to the problem was very helpful and recommend calling talking to a human and being proactive in the followup. It's not ideal but was useful for my experience
We ordered some Christmas gift with their site, but did not noticed the backordered note and did not read the reviews. After 6 weeks without updates I read the reviews and freaked out. I called them, but voice message ask for email communication and I did that. That experience did not live up to the bad reviews I can read here. Answers came within 30-45 minutes. In the end I asked for cancellation of order and a refund and it was issued right away and shown on bank statement within 3 business days. One star out for selling out of stock goods and cashing money right away.
Tip for consumers:
Scammer or not, I do not know, but I got my money back without too much hasle.

You did very well. Navigating the website looking for what I wanted to buy was good and delivery was in a few business days. All good.
I put in two separate orders on the same day back in June. Given these crazy times my orders were slow in coming so I was in contact with the Cook Store a number of times. The products were also on backorder so I made a change to one order. What eventually arrived wasn't quite right so I emailed again and got it rectified. Each email response was quick, polite and very professional. Thanks for all your help in making it right.
Excellent products and large selection of kitchen ware. Prompt customer service. Product arrived as promised. There is no mention on the web site about the delivery time. Expect longer than usual shipping and delivery time as compared with other web-stores. However, the Cookstore's price is also substantially better than other stores. All in all, a good experience and quality product for a very good price.
Pretty good job! I did get some news that I would receive my order in August but it finally got here on July 9th very happy
I've placed, over the last year, 3 orders on Cookstore.
The good:
Everything that I ordered was received and was exactly as advertised on their website.
All orders received were in original boxes by manufacturers and well packaged, so that there was no damage in shipment
The very good:
I wanted to change the credit card number used for my order, and received a response back from the company within 24 hours.
I also noticed an item on one of my orders, that had not been delivered, had a price drop on their website. I contacted Cookstore and they honoured that price drop even though I had ordered it at a higher price.
The not so good:
On one order of the three, one item was backordered (a knife sharpener), even though the website said it was in-stock. The entire order was held up, but on contact with Cookstore they sent out all items immediately, and later shipped the knife sharpener when it came in-stock.
Delivery times are not amazon like (1-3 days), more like 7 to 10 days. Perhaps a trade-off you make in getting to choose from a wide variety of quality products at decent prices.
All in all, I'm a satisfied customer.
Cook Store did return my money from an Order they could not fill. It took awhile but Cook Store did follow through
Service second to none. I followed up on my order and before I knew it, it was on my front porch. Customer support is outstanding and they're not afraid to talk with you, one on one. That's almost unheard of these days. Thanks, CookStore.
Website said Braun coffee maker was made in Germany. I suspected not and when it arrived, sure enough it is made in China. Otherwise a convenient place to shop for kitchen stuff.
After reading all the bad reviews I had low hopes of receiving my items quickly so after a couple days I wrote to the help desk to see what's the hold up and they told me they were waiting for only one of my item before they could send my shipment.
They asked me if I want to have the item removed from my order and have the shipment sent right away and I accepted.
I received the package about 2 days later.
Overall I'm pleased with the customer service and how they dealt with the situation. I think they should contact the customer if they have any delays though or update their site so the items doesn't show ''In stock & Ready to Ship'' so it removes any confusion.
I've ordered a few times. Happy so far. Last time I ordered I was informed 3 days later that the item was delayed. The Customer Service Team offered an upgrade at no additional charge. Order was delivered 2 days later. All in all, If you don't have unacceptable expectations cookstore.com delivers. Don't let Prime Delivery ruin your patience people...
The customer service is great, they always respond fast to any inquires. The products are as described, very happy with my purchase.
Very satisfied with the products. Delivery was a little long but that was because of delays in the delivery service. Overaal a good experience. We'll be buying more from the Cook store in the future.
The products I received were in good condition and quality. I received the package later than I had expected, but considering the slow down due to the quarantine restrictions I am understanding. Overall I am happy with my purchase including the product, price, and the service.
All of the products were just as described. Took a little longer than I thought it would to arrive, but that is likely do to the virus and issues related to it. Quality of products looks great.
