Cook Out

Everytime I have ordered from our location it's wrong or cold or missing items. Also the staff is the world's worst! They are rude and clearly don't care about their job. Used to be a good deal late at night but not anymore.

My son has a peanut allergy. He went in to the Cookout in $#*!son, TN and ordered a chocolate chip mint milk shake. After drinking some of the milkshake he had an allergic reaction because, he discovered, there was peanut butter in the milk shake! He had to go to the Emergency Room and be treated as his peanut allergy is life threatening, which turned out to be a $500 trip. When he brought it to Cookout's attention, they compensated him with two milkshake coupons and dismissed it as if it were nothing to them. They obviously do not value their customers!

Barbecue sandwich with slaw and onion rings plus a caramel fudge shake. Wife had a BLT and a soft drink. Everything A+. Hot, tasty, and very reasonable. Barbecue better than most barbecue places. Service was polite and helpful.

Went to high Street cookout in Jackson Mississippi and their service sucks it took them 45 minutes to get me a dollar at 8 cent Burger then the girl wished to have a attitude then after me waiting 45 minutes they still didn't have my food correct then I waited 45 minutes and ask can I order a Cajun fry she tells me no but I am waiting 45 minutes for a $1.08 burger I would never go back to high Street cookout again where the employees are very ratchet and do not have good customer service at all.

I had to repeat my order two times at the drive-through when I clearly spoke and told him that I wanted to shake a tray with a regular burger everything but no onions fries and cheese bites. She repeated the order back to me incorrectly and I had to repeat it a second time then I got home and I had onions on my hamburger I carried it back and I was told by management that she would tell me how it was going to be I would either get a refund or another burger cooked I threw my plate down on the counter and told her I would never be back again. When I called I spoke to a gentleman on the phone and he promised that he would have a burger when I got there cooked and he would give me a refund but the manager told me she would tell me how it was going to be. If you want this kind of service feel free to go there I'll never go back again. If they don't realize customers are there most important asset then they won't stay in business long. By the way this is a Carrollton cookout of Highway 27 S. I ate there probably two times a week at least and sometimes more so if they don't care about my business or me as a customer I'm sure not gonna waste my money when they're much better places to eat.

Bit into burger and bit hair pin and also burger wasn't done and fries was cold went to the one on Albemarle road
