My wife and I decided to get an octagonal home after seeing how happy her cousin was with hers in Virginia. These homes are hurricane-proof, they're top quality, and they look terrific. Debbie, my wife's cousin gave us a good idea of what to expect. And even though she recommended Paul from Continental Kit Homes, I wanted to make sure we got a good deal so I called around and Continental was indeed the best deal. Paul, the owner explained that he doesn't have the traditional overhead of a sales staff and that's why he's able to pass the savings on to us.

I rate this company a 1 star because I paid them a $20,000 deposit and they disappeared from the planet. They are in denial of my deposit. I have the cancelled checks and the bank's verification that they cashed my checks. This company did not deliver on the kit home that I ordered. I need a lawyer if you have a suggestion.

Bob and Sandi Farris of Brush Colorado were awarded over 43 Thousand Dollars in damages March 27,2017 in District Court, Morgan County, State of Colorado. The defendant Paul H. Chretien, California Builders Inc. and Continental Kit Homes were found guilty of Breach Of Contract and False Advertising from a cabin kit purchased from Chretien in 2015. Paul H. Chretien has made no attempt at reaching out to the Farris's or paying his court ordered debt. Don't trust this man or his deceptive practices!
