From $10.95 a box to $23 a box is a big jump. You're less expensive than anyone else. Why not just be up front about the cost. $26 processing fee and another $10 for shipping? WTH is that?
Totally hassle free. Ordered, asked a question, got a quick answer. Product arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Exact same package as I would get at the doctors office. Expiration date way off into the future.
I have a little concern - the order shows this as Acuvue Oasys for AsTigmatism, however, the link I clicked on to order is for Acuvue Oasys For Astigmatism w/ Hydraclean Plus, and that is what I want - If that is not what you will ship, please cancel before processing.

I oversaw a processing fee (~250$) I have never had. The company stated it's a new fee their competitors are doing as well. Disappointing and in what world does it cost 250 to process an order with todays logistics and supply chain models.
HI Blake. We do apologize the processing fee is something we have had for some time now associated with our google sale items. The fee is a percentage of the order and was implemented to off set any overhead cost we might encounter.
This has been the worst experience with customer service ever. I have had issues shipping my contacts twice now and Contact Lens King refuses to refund me for the package lost in the mail. They also are telling me they can not do business with me anymore and refuse to help the situation in any way possible. Even to let me purchase another box. I'm going to dispute the charges with my bank. Truly the poorest quality customer service I have ever had to deal with.

I was disappointed that it took 12 days for my order to arrive. Past orders had arrive in a much shorter time.
HI Lorri. We do apologize if it took a little longer then the in the past to receive the order. Upon looking into this we did have to order the lens which did take a few days for us to receive prior to shipment.
We use Contact Lens King because it is always easy to place an order and it comes quickly. It only takes a couple of minutes to reorder by internet.
