I called customer service to inquire about inventory remaining of a discontinued contact lens and had a very positive experience speaking with customer service. I bought my contact lenses on June 14th and I received them on June 30th. They sold me a product they didn't have and then took as long as they wanted to ship it. Terrible service!
HI Luisa. We do apologize for the delay in shipping, unfortunately we did not have the product in stock and did have to wait for the manufacture to send us the product. Upon looking into your order we do see their was a delay on production with the manufacture and did ship the order as soon as they were able to get the product to us.

This website tricks customers with the supposedly low cost of contacts but they get you back with the extra processing fee and shipping cost and you end up with double the advertised cost.

However, in spite of the fact that we offer the lowest bottom line prices, we experienced a decrease in traffic and total orders. Through re-evaluation, and despite our discomfort, we have made the tough decision to adopt the practice as well. Contact Lens King is firmly committed to offering the lowest bottom line prices online, and we want our customers to rest assured that through us, you will always see significant savings in your pocketbook - even with the fee.
