My shipment has gone all over the Eastern half of the U.S. and has shipped five days ago. It would appear it will be another week, minimum. Customer Service is blaming me for selecting that method of shipping…. EXCUSE ME? I simply asked for a $9.95 credit for the shipping mishap inconvenience and nope! Not gonna happen. Small, tiny, inexpensive gesture. I will never purchase anything for myself, or family, from 5his business. As if times aren't hard enough, they have to make it more difficult and no compassion whatsoever. Good luck treating your customers like garbage.
This is the first time I have ordered from Contact Lens King, and I would order again. I called customer service to inquire about inventory remaining of a discontinued contact lens and had a very positive experience speaking with customer service. My shipment arrived quickly and just as expected. I will order again from this website.
Last purchase was very disappointing. Tried a different type of contacts (same presciption as with others that I purchased in the past). In short, comfort is excellent however vision is off or not as sharp as purevision 2. Once box has been opened they cannot be returned or partially refunded. For that reason I am giving a 1 star rating.

I love contact lens king. Its easy ordering as long as you have your RX on file and you can get them fast with the expedited shipping which I do if I forget to order them and they really get here fast.
Got your info from a relative who is a shopper with your company in the past. Tried it out, had an issue with my eye Dr. to get a copy of my Rx... finally got it. And the online process worked perfectly.
Not quite understanding why and how the additional (processing) fee is applied to multiple orders. Seems if you order one box there is no additonal fee to contend with... so that's what I did. This site is still tthe least expensive vendor to buy my lenses from; even with a near $8 shipping fee.
The hidden fee when you checkout is kind of sneaky. You might as well add that to the price of the products. Your company lost all my respect when I saw that you run your business like this. Cheap prices can't amend for you trying to deceive your customers.

Straightforward, it would be nice to have a consistent cheap price. I will be shopping elsewhere as soon as I get a new prescription. Check out Trader Joe's model: consistent, reliable, reasonably priced.
I order lens with my prescription it was not read correctly and you sent the wrong prescription. I wear a multifocal lens and after receiving lens that were not multifocal. It took me two more phone calls and over a week to get the return label to send back so I could get my money back and place an order else where.

Due to our mistake we did send you a pre-paid label and advised once we receive the product in we would refund you to the original form of payment. Per the tracking it does show it should arrive to our warehouse today by end of business day.

Contact King employees were very helpful when I called wondering where my contacts were. They had left me a voicemail but I wish I had received an email. My card had been rejected for some weird reason. Very quick once that was straightened out.
There was a 3+ week delay since the manufacturer couldn't catch up with the production of the contact lenses I ordered. I ran out of lenses and paid quite a premium for new lenses but at least this other company keeps them in stock.

OMG! It has been over 3 weeks since I placed my order AND I still haven't received my contact lenses!
I have been emailing back and forth with the staff, but they reply that my lenses are slightly delayed but on the way.
They have used up all my patience! I have been so frustrated and disappointed.

I needed contacts within 2 days for my daughter before she left on a trip. Contact Lens King answered the phone and was able to help me place my the order right away. I paid for 2 day shipping and my order arrived a day early.
I am a college student with no insurance so I was shopping around for contacts. Everywhere else was almost twice as expensive. The prices at contactlensking are so much lower I though it was a scam, however I did do a bit of research and decided to order from them. My contacts came quickly and are exactly what I ordered. So I was very pleased and will order from them again in the future.
It was easy breezy to order, seriously fast but did not like the additional administrative fee. It was a bait and switch advertising I felt but i needed the contacts and you beat 1 800 contacts by a few bucks :)

Amazing price, customer service and product. I saw some people saying to double check the date to make sure they aren't expired - I did and they look fine! They came in the original package and the date does not look tampered with. I've been wearing my first pair for a month now and they feel normal! (I only purchased contacts but might look into purchasing glasses) Even if I wasn't on a budget I would still purchase from here!
I order my contacts on 1/17/2022 and it is now 2/7 and I have not yet received my contacts. Apparently is has not yet been shipped. I was not notified that it would been taking this long until I contacted customer service on 1/21. They should have notified me that there would be a significant delay and I would have tried to get my contacts elsewhere. Very disappointed with their customer service. Now I am without contacts for over a week. The company should let customers know if they would not be receiving their order within a week especially as they charge a $15.96 processing fee and $9.95 shipping fee!. I will now have to take my business elsewhere as service was very poor.
HI Chantal. We do apologize, we do try to notify our customers of any delays as soon as we can after being notified by the manufacture of a back order on their end. Unfortunately it can take a few days for them to notify us of the delays.
Super fast service and good price, even with the processing fee. It's interesting they explain why they have a processing fee and how all other websites do it too, but they still have one of the lowest prices.
Answer: Price. I wish I had checked product review sites because they have excellent reviews overall. The one I chose first had a very slightly lower price but the experience was horrible and I had to cancel my order. Their overall reviews reflect this kind of service.

With First Class Mail delivery is typically 3-6 business days, we do see the package was delivered within that time frame USPS has allotted it typically takes. Unfortunately once a package leaves our facility we have no control on the route the shipment takes. We have been advised with Covid packages are being routed slightly differently depending staffing at certain facilities.
