Unfortunately I received lenses that are not accurate to the prescription

One of our representatives flagged the order due to a discrepancy. After you received our email, it shows you called in and spoke to an agent asking them to fax your doctors office on the information you entered. Federal Law states we have to give your doctors office 8 business hours to respond until we can legally fill the order as entered by the customer. Unfortunately, your doctors office did not respond therefore, Federal Law states we can fill the order as the customer entered it online. If you do not need the product you received and it is in compliance with our return policy please contact customer service and they would be happy to assist you. Very sad about the bait and switch on the price. Low price (per box of contacts), then HUGE processing fee which almost doubled the order cost.
I wonder if this is allowed by law, or if should report to BBB. :(

Good, with the exception of the lack of cooperation between lens king and Eye Optics. I had to go in the office to straighten the order out: nearly 2 weeks after the order was placed
