Working from my laptop,I tried to import a prescription from my desktop and couldn't figure out how to make the file small enough for you to accept.Then I tried to reenter the order on my Android and your site wouldn't accept my photo, either. Thankfully, my new Rx turned out to match the one on file so I didn't need to upload a photo after all. (Then I looked at my order history. It's discouraging to see that prices have gone up so much since I started ordering online ---from $27/box to $55+/box! I guess that's true everywhere. Maybe it's time to start considering a return to glasses only.:-()

Slow service and bad response, almost 3 weeks waiting

Looking at the history of your order, I see you placed the order on 12/1 after the time frame of when we order specialty lenses with the manufacturer, which is indicated on the product page. As stated on the website: orders normally ship within 1-2 business days. Therefore, your product was ordered on the following business day which was a Friday. Unfortunately, weekends are not included as business days. I see there was a small production delay with the manufacturer, which you were notified via email, and that they did take an additional 2 business day to arrive to us. We did ship out the same day they arrived. I do see on your tracking history they were delivered on 12/15,4 business days after they were shipped. I sincerely apologize it did take approximately 2 weeks for you to get your order. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you again.

Upon searching for cheapest contacts in hopes to get a better price than the 1 given at Walmart (which wasn't too bad but was told cld get cheaper online). Among many found online, contact lense king was the cheapest "ADVERTISED' so I sign up for an account thinking how relieved for finding my contacts for $11.88 per eye. 2 boxes for 30 days. Even more excited when the site revealed 70%off. But when checking out, to my surprise was all the HIDDEN FEES such as: shipping fee & "Processing" fee? Really? A "processing fee"? In addition to shipping.($12.95).in addition to the $for contacts?!($35.64).last time I calculated, $11.88+$11.88=$23.76 So where they got the sub total $35.64 for contacts is beyond what I can comprehend. But let's not forget to add the 'processing fee' of $31.26!? Whaaaaaaaat? Where did that calculation come from? What are we processing?, the prescription that MY DOCTOR wrote out, that "I, me, myself" had to pay $120 for to even have the exam? I mean I don't get it. Why advertise these contacts at 11.88 if during check out, that's clearly not the real price. Wldnt that be false advertising among a few other things.? 11.88 per eye adding up to $23.76 not $35.64! + $12.95 shipping + $31.26 for a grand total of $79.85! How did $23.76 turn into $79.85!? Infuriated for waisting all that time to create account, search and being flooded with emails and texts from you to get a completely different outcome than that advertised is an understatement.
HI Brittany. I apologize you are upset about the processing fee and other information regarding our website. As it is stated on our website, save up to 70% off your doctors prices. We take pride that we can offer such discounts to help our customer save a little bit of money regarding their contacts. Regarding the processing fee, we do our best to be upfront and transparent. When you do a Google search for your contacts, you clicked on our advertisement which brought you to our site, landing you on the product page of the contacts you searched for. You will see the same price per box that is being advertised. Under the cost you will also see "this item is on sale and not eligible for any coupons, a processing fee will apply." Which you can clearly see indicated on last photo you provided. You are able to click on the "I" icon where there will be a pop-up explaining the processing fee and showing what the price per box will be. Giving the customer a clear understanding of what they are paying for. Before checkout you can also click on our "shipping information" page to view the various shipping carriers we use and the corresponding rates. Looking at your 2nd photo, I do see the subtotal is based off 3 boxes. ($11.88 x 3 = $35.64) It seems you had an additional box in your cart, once you removed that box there wasn't enough time for the algorithm to adjust to the correct subtotal before taking the screenshot. This would also explain the processing fee total of $31.26. ($31.26 / 3 = $10.42/box - indicated on the product page pop-up message). As you add the items to the cart, the first step will have all charges broken out. In addition to the product page having the processing fee explanation, you can also click on the "?" next to the processing fee on each step of your checkout process. Again, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience or any frustration this may have caused. If you need further assistance or would like more clarification please contact customer service and they would be happy to assist you.
I do not like the added fees added on in the checkout.
