Been buying these lenses for years. Too many times I am experiencing defective lenses in an order.

Upon looking into your account, I noticed you did have some defectives back in 2021. You spoke to an agent who was willing to replace the defectives at no cost to you but unfortunately you could not provide the number of lenses that were defective. One of our managers sent you two 30 packs as curtesy. Our records indicate you have not had issues since. If you have any defectives with this order, please keep each lens and call our customer service immediately and we would be happy to assist.
