On Wednesday of this week I received an email asking me if I had receive my lens...and if not wait 24 hrs.
Well, Friday Post has come & gone and still nothing

The email you received was an automatic email that is sent 15 days after order asking about your experience. Those emails do not know if your product has been shipped or delayed with the manufacturer. Unfortunately, your manufacturer has advised of a production delay but has not released a date of arrival. We know how frustrating this delay can be, that is why we are putting in daily calls in hopes to get more information. Again, we sincerely apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.
Return customer because the web site is easy to use, the price is great, and the delivery is fast.

Site is not easy to navigate, I had thought that I had completed my order but had missed a step and had to go back and redo it when I saw that I hadn't received an order notification.

While the price is very cheap, I'm not sure if it's the actual contacts or what but they have been a bit dry/irritating to my eye and I've been wearing contacts for years so the only thing different these past few weeks are the contacts
