I wasn't able to order online for some reason. I had to call to place my order. Customer service was very helpful however. I did have to wait longer than usual for my contacts due to a supply issue. Totally understand that though.

I ordered my contacts on 10/29 with 2 day shipping. I received my contacts on November 8th. Even with the prescription confirmation this was not 2 day shipping. Very disappointing. Will look into other contact lense providers next time.
HI Jon. I do apologize if you did not receive your order within 2 business days. It looks like there was a delay with the shipper, I also show you had received a courtesy upgrade to 2nd day at no additional charge from the standard shipping fee.
Nice and simple and best price. I received them in a timely manner. And even paying shipping it still was the best price online.
Delivery was on time, packaging was very good. I can't comment on the product itself as I have not yet worn them.
