The shipping conpany drop my box on the groud by a day of minus 6, there were pretty cold, hope they gonna be okay

Ordering lenses form very clear, however not certain about final amount. It did not look like discount was subtracted and nothing filled in for tax amounts. Hoping the final total will not change.

Sometimes a contact is not in go condition when first opened and I have to throw it out. Not too happy about that. I check and make sure it is not in the wrong way. Doesn't matter which way I put it in, it is uncomfortable. This has happened about four times in about a year.
