I first ordered my contacts at 1800 contacts...they goofed up and checked the wrong prescriber office for my prescription and suspended my order...to avoid the hassle of fixing their mistake I went straight to you and placed my order. And I saved roughly $40 in the process. The extra 2 or 3 days of waiting (1800C was going to rush shipping for free) was well worth it. I'll be a customer for as long as you continue to beat the prices and convenience of other online retailers. Thanks much.

It wad my first order with contact lenses Canada so I was not familiar with their site. I used the wrong promo code so I emailed the company and told them and they credited my account with the correct promo right away. I was very happy with their quick response. And wil definitely recommend this them to orders.
Only allowing for one coupon per order and having free shipping as a code instead of it being automatically applied even after a purchase of over 150 dollars renders all other promotions on the site useless.
Started out good, but ran into serious problems that I hope get solved soon.
When trying to purchase the Pure Color HD contacts that you sent info on with my last order it allows me to enter in my prescription and color choice but not quantity, if I try to submit it tells me I must enter a quantity but that part of the screen is not showing for me to select. I am logged into my account I tried another computer as well as logging out and back in and regardless this is the same.
How am I able to try a new product you recommended when can't order it? Frustrated and disappointed.
