9.95 for shipping is pricy for a Canadian getting something from Canada. A cheaper option should be given to us (standard mail) and insurance (with us accepting a disclaimer) should be optional to save us even more. I just paid around 14$ on shipping and insurance and I live in a major City in Ontario.
