I received the incorrect prescription. At first I was receiving info on the process to exchange. For the correct ones but then I stopped getting any response. I have no idea how to return the wrong ones and don't know if the correct ones are on the way.
Live in Langley, I think it is robbery to charge $15 to ship from Surrey, There should be a cheaper option for customers in BC. Also, the right contact split one week into wearing them and I am not able to get a discount, not really happy about that :(
