I don't know what has happenned to your website but it's falling apart. I can't see previous orders in my account, it says something about not having Netsuite access permission. When I contacted customer service I was sent a response email with a link to Netsuite ticket handling. I mean, I could actually rate my ticket "Normal", "Urgent", "Irate". That's really something to give your customers control of your internal ticket handling system. Also, I contacted customer service about the SHIPFAST coupon code not working. I was told it only works for Canada Post Expediated shipping. If the customer service rep would have taken a few moments to verify that it was indeed not working (and not a problem with the shipping type I selected) then it would have saved me another response. It seems the IT department has not resolved the coupon code issue, but I think the coupon code may be the least of IT issues right now.

Really fast site and easy to use
Usually get great delivery time but paid for FedEx this time thinking it would be next day or two day delivery but it took three days instead. Not impressed with FedEx. But the order, as always, was right.
