Everything was very straight-forward, easy to use! The only negative was not being able to edit the quantity on the edit tab-I had remove all entries, rather than change quantity to "1" from "2", and then re-enter my script info again.
Love the easy layout and the fast shipping, and the sales and prices are so much better than other "cheap" contact sites

Since when can you not opt out of the shipping insurance fee? It feels like an extra fee grab.
It is also a little too coincidental that on the last three orders I placed I received an email the very next day, announcing a "special" or super savings or free delivery on the exact products I had just purchased the day before? I find it insulting and irritating. I also paid extra on this last order, $20.00 for UPS overnight service. I placed my order on a Thursday and only received it on late Tuesday afternoon. Not impressed at all. I have been a loyal client for years but I do not think I will be reordering or recommending your site anymore.

I ordered the 02 Optix. The contacts are comfortable and do not irritate my eyes in any way. The price was great, and the shipping was ultra-fast. I ordered on a Friday, my contacts arrived the very next week! Thanks for a great experience and a great product!

Quick service and delivery
My shopping experience with CLC has been great thus far. This is my second time order with the company and although I was worried about the delivery due to one of my products not being eligible for "overnight" delivery, I was able to follow up with a phone call about my product-shipment and delivery the next business day. I do wish that there were a weekend customer-service line. There seemed to be some type of government "check" during the shipment which delayed the delivery by a day; however, overall good experience due to the easy communication with customer-service and thanks to the order email-updates.
Except for the messed up address that I tried to fix three time (double street address line on shipping address) it was fine.
