Took a very long time, but I finally received the support stockings. Your website was very vague about how to measure and how those measurements correlated to the sizes available. I measured and chose an XL and just in case also purchased a L. I couldn't even get the XL over my foot!
I tried to go online as instructed to get a return request...It wouldn't work. I finally got a person in a chat that popped up. I explained what I needed and was not able to get, they said call customer service and disappeared never to respond again. I am not a happy customer!
