I bought two pair of hose that I did not like once I received them. I then began the long process of learning how sneaky these guys are. They had to charge a "restocking" fee and another "shipping" fee. Because I could not just return them, I had to find an exchange item. I ordered five pair of hose to replace the ones I was returning. They were not only shipped to the wrong address, but they were the wrong hose! I finally got a call from some guy there named ** who PROMISED me that he send me the right hose and also send me two extra hose for my trouble. I was stupid enough to believe him. They asked me to remove another negative review if they made it right... and I said I would. Ha! Yea, they sent the right hose but not until after they charged me AGAIN for the entire order! I emailed Alex back and he said that it was a pending charge. Well, it was pending for about two days and it has now been deducted from my bank account. Besides that, he never sent the two extra hose has he promised. I called the other day to be informed that the refund had been mad. Sorry, folks, there is no refund in my account. I am so furious that I am not only going to write on every review I can find, but I am also turning them in to the Attorney General. NO ONE should buy hose from this place. They have no ethics. They lie and deceive people into thinking that they have such great deals. I'd rather pay more money and be treated honestly. I didn't even know that companies like this existed. DO NOT buy your hose there. You will be sorely disappointed if you ever have to return one thing. What a terrible experience!
