After I purchased the compression sleeve on your website, I became aware, probably via an email from you, that there was a 10% discount available at the time I made the purchase. The website didn't mention a possible discount, and when I contacted you by telephone and email, requesting application of the discount, I was informed that even though this discount would have been applied to my purchase if I'd requested it, you would not apply the discount after the sale, since I had not asked for it at that time. I encountered a similar situation with another Internet merchant, and that company applied the discount retroactively (several months after the sale, as I recall). You get to set your rules, of course, but I don't understand why your website didn't at least inform me about a discount for which I apparently qualified at the time of purchase, or why you have been unwilling, even after I have raised the issue via telephone and email, to apply the discount after the sale. This changed the strongly positive impression I had of my first purchase from you into a negative one.
